The Foxi by Bebob Engineering is a professional remote focus and iris control designed especially for Panasonic HVX-200 and AG-DVX100B camcorders. This compact & convenient unit places smooth and accurate adjustment of lens functions right at the operator's fingertips. Plus, Foxi allows for quick and easy switching between auto and manual control. Engineered for Operator Comfort Smartly designed and protected by a housing of lightweight, durable polycarbonate, the Foxi is engineered for maximal operator comfort and ease of use. The oversized Focus control knob is similar in style to that of a standard follow focus. With a diameter of 60mm, the knob can be rotated a full 270 degrees. Foxi's integrated fluid friction allows for slow, accurate, and repeatable focus control movements. The camera's iris is controlled via a sliding paddle indicator. Strategically placed for thumb comfort and accessibility, this responsive throttle design feature offers iris adjustment in a single seconds-swift movement. Focus and iris controls are equipped with extra-wide scales for easy marking. Dual sliding switches set in the bottom of the housing facilitate fast & effortless toggling from Auto to Manual Focus or Iris control, and vice versa. Easy Set Up and Interface Set up of the Foxi is quick and easy. An improved quick release clamp mounts to tripod panhandles up to 34mm in diameter for studio work, or (when using the special spacer bracket) to 15mm mattebox lightweight support rods for cinema configurations. The unit's coiled cable extends up to 4' (122cm). Once in place, a sturdy 3mm elbow plug connects to the FOCUS/IRIS socket of the Cam Remote at the back of the camera. The Zoe DVX-PZB offers two separate methods of zoom operation. The pressure- sensitive pendulum rocker yields control of ramp-up and manipulation similar to the camera's own zoom function. In addition, new Zoe incorporates the innovative PZB feature for push-button zoom start with stepless and independent preadjustment of Zoom-In and Zoom-Out speed. PZB speed may be pre-established via rotating selector wheels on either side ofthe unit. The stored speed is accessed via two selection buttons that activate the presets for wide-angle or telephoto positions. The new housing sports mechanical guards to protect against accidental repositioning. The PZB allows for an easing into the zoom and preset repeatability. It virtually eliminates the dead zone' often associated with zoom controls. More Functions Zoe's proprietary software is designed to work with Panasonic's protocols. Set-up is quick and easy. A new 30cm coiled cable with rugged elbow plug connects to the Cam Remote on the AG DVX-100 and ZOE is ready to deliver smooth zooms. A quick-release clamp facilitates attachment to standard tripod arms up to 34mm in diameter.
