Renowned Turbo Battery power for flash now Slim, Small and Light At the size of a 3.5" x 5" index card and weighing less than a pound, the new Quantum Turbo SC gives new meaning to convenient power. Turbo Slim Compact is so small and light that one photographer who tested it exclaimed: "I completely forgot it was there!" The Turbo SC is compatible with all Quantum "C" and "CC-Series" flash cables. Includes removable belt clip, 100-240 volt universal charger. Turbo Compact and Turbo 2x2 power a digital camera from one cable, and a flash through another. The proper voltage for each camera model is automatically adjusted. To power a different camera or flash, change only the cable. Like the original Turbo Battery, the Compact, Slim Compact, and 2x2 provide ultra-fast flash recycling and camera power for the longest, most intensive shoots. For flash that's up to seven times faster and 10 times the power of internal batteries (see charts below). Turbo AC provides the same performance as the battery powered Turbo Compact - except Turbo AC is continuously powered anywhere in the world - from 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. All Turbo Batteries display remaining capacity on their "fuel gauges" so that you won't be caught unaware.

The QMM1 is a new macro twin flash mount system designed to give flash support that is flexible, compact and easy-to-use. It can be either hand-held or mounted on a tripod. The QMM1 has a sturdy base plate machined from aircraft grade aluminum that can hold up to years of use. It has a 1/4-20 camera screw in the base plate that can mount almost any digital SLR camera. Permanently attached to the base plate of the QMM1 are two fully articulating arms made from high-quality ultra lightweight flex-conduit. These arms allow flash units to be positioned at almost any angle around the subject for a wide variety of lighting effects. Ball joints supporting the flash units allow for even greater control of the flash position and angle. In addition, there is one 1/4 -20 treaded mount point on either side of the QMM1 to attach other accessories. Unlike a ring flash that is fixed on the camera lens yielding flat lighting, the QMM1 s ability to move the flash units creates directional light that can add greater depth, definition and attention to macro subjects. This gives the photographer greater control to create the image they want. The QMM1 is designed and assembled in the USA. DMF880 Macro Controller + Twin Flash System Tumax, the brand name of a leading flash manufacturer, introduces the DMF880 TTL flash unit with built-in macro controller. This dual-purpose flash unit can act as a medium power TTL flash unit or as the control unit for the DMT twin flash set. The DMF880 is compact but has a guide number of 104 (in feet). It s flash head can tilt up 90? for bounce flash applications. The flash head also has a manual zoom head to match the angle of coverage and extend the flash range when used with standard and moderate telephoto lenses. The DMF880 has a switch that turns the macro control function on and off. In the off position, this switch will also cut power to the DMT twin flash units.
