For Mother's Day a dear friend sent me 3 bulbs in a cute little metal bucket.  I read the instructions and it said nothing special needed to be done.  I put the cute bucket in my kitchen window and waited for the bulbs to grow. I watered the bulbs as needed. 1 week passed nothing, second week small green leaf died within a day third week nothing. By the fourth week I called customer service to report that the bulbs had not grown.  The lady informed me that because I called on the 31st day from the original order I could not get a replacement plant because of the 30 Day guarantee (which is not posted anywhere on the paperwork-it just states 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed).  She offered a 20% disc. on the next order.  I explained to her very calmly why would I order again if I was not satisfied with this order.  I hung up and called again hoping to get another rep. that could help me. I was able to talk to someone else, she apologized and said the bulbs were no longer available because it was a Mother's Day special but they would send a replacement plant of the same value. She told me it would arrive by Thursday of the same week.  I thanked her and waited for the replacement plant.  It is now Saturday and I realize that I have not received my replacement plant.  I called customer service again to let them know I had not received the plant.  She looked into the order and told me that the order had been canceled due to the 30 day rule and I had called on the 31st day. I could not believe it.  I explained to her that I had not contacted the person who sent the bulbs to me yet but when I did She is the CEO of a company that orders flowers all the time and she would not be happy that this issue had not been resolved.  I asked her, "Will not helping me be worth losing 2 customers along with ALL of the future corp. orders?"-She just said I am sorry and she could not help me.  I asked for an address to the corporate office and contact name. She gave me an address but refused to give me a contact name.  I found the name of the CEO on the internet and I will be writing a letter.  I hope I get a response-I just want a replacement plant-In all fairness I will update this report when I get a response
