I came across this store in Shopping.com when I saw they had the lowest price. There ad said no return fees and no restocking fees. When i clicked on the link and landed on their page they had the low price in the portal along with another price. When i tried to check out I never received the price shown. On the final check out page after going through the entire process they request that I check a check box stating that I know have to agree to a return policy that has a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Isnt that false advertising when the ad says no restock fee and return fees? There ad says that you get money back if it doesn't arrive in so many days. Well the item didn't ship in time and shipped 10 days late. In terms of checking with the manufacturer the item was not in stock. False advertising as it was a way to discount the product so I would buy it compared to others who showed stock on their site and would have shipped it out immediately. Getting a discount was not the issue. I needed it immediately. Customer Service was terrible. Delivery speed was purposefully slow. Thats why the offer a further discount. They knowingly were not going to ship in time. I fell for the extra discount
