I was very pleased to get a quick answer to my questions regarding the product. I liked the detailed description of the products and the comparison with similar ones. Once I had purchased my juicer it was sent imediatley. I was very happy with the service.

The site is easy to use, the price is the best out there when you consider the entire purchase (product plus extras plus shipping), and the Green Star 2000 arrived on time and in excellent shape. Even better, I'd accidentally made on error on my order and didn't apply the discount coupon that the site generates and emails to you. I emailed their customer service about it a day after ordering, and they went ahead and honored the coupon, which meant an additional ~$40 off. They didn't need to do that, so I appreciate their customer orientation and will definitely buy from them again.

Confusion resulted because of another product ,(differate vendor,I ordered long ago)finally was being sent with the same ship date and shipper I thought my order had been duplicated. It hadn`t but I recieve very prompt and polite service from you in helping figure out my problem. Which was very appreciated.

The price was right but still ten dollars more than advertised at shopping.com.

Their "Super Sale" was to end on November 14th; I placed my order over the phone and referred to the sale price of $314.00. The representative said the price had been $324.00 for a couple weeks, now.

I know it's only ten dollars but I expect merchants to honor their advertised prices. If the price would have been invalid as of the 14th, I would have understood...but a two week discrepancy is too big of a difference. I still placed the order but would hope that this wouldn't happen again.

The only disappointment we experienced was this: We were supposed to get an instructional video worth $19.95 as part of the purchase, and all we got was a 12 minute promotional video on the product. I called Customer Service, and the gentleman I spoke with politely informed me that I had received the right video. The promotional video does little to instruct the user on how to properly use the product and all of its attachments. Otherwise, we're pleased with the purchase.

We have used the dehydrator and found it to be all that we expected. We received excellent service when we ordered --and were surprised it came so quickly. The dehyrator is quiet. We like the temperature gage. It is compact even though it is nine tray. Dries evenly. Easy to clean. I like that the door is not hinged but comes completely off.
