The golf clubs really needed new grips. the description said that they would be "good" I guess we have different opinions as to the definition of "Good"

The product was purchased quickly and arrived within a week. It was unbieveable and when we weren't home when the courier arrived, they came back the same day and this made my weekend a fantastic one. I was able to use the club all weekend. We expected up to two weeks delivery time, so we are very happy with the service and have allready ordered our next club. Cheers and thankyou.

The only down-side with three-balls is the lack of a 1-800 telephone number. This, in itself, would enhance operations. Strongly recommend such a telephone number be implemented to foster customer relations. I would rate this company as being outstanding were it not for a 1-800 telephone number

This was the first time I made an online purchase, 2 pairs of shoes. I wanted to change only the shoe size in 2 hours of order. They accepted it and warned me not to do it again. I was so thankful. Then unfortunately the changed size shoes were missing in the box. I wrote to 3balls. They sent the missing shoes the same day. Since I have them sent to a friend, I did not see the shoes. I hope they are correct this time. Overall my view is good. At least they are very positive.

I bought an Odyssey putter in "very good" condition.  The putter I received had dings, stains, and scratches.  Very disappointed.  I could've saved money and bought the same putter on ebay for much less.  Their condition rating is MISLEADING.  Also, most websites have the coupon box on the payment page.  3balls puts the coupon space before checkout, making it more difficult to locate for the buyer.  They probably do this to deter the use of coupons.  I wrote customer service an email addressing this issue, and asked them to apply the coupon to my order.  3balls ignored my email.  Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with 3balls.com.  I do not recommend their online store.

The item I purchased was delivered on time. The pricing was great. The item was listed in "good" condition which was basically a 3 out of 5. When item arrived, I was expecting a normal wear and a few scratches. The item was in much better condition that I expected.
