I had ordered shoes that turned out to be too big. Since there are sites like Zappos and Shoebuy.com that offer free shipping both ways, I would not use this site again unless (as was this case this time) I found REALLY cute shoes that I did not see anywhere else.

I don't think that I have ever been so pleased ordering something on line. I placed my order late Friday night and had the shoes Monday morning. I had to contact customer service late that night and someone responed back to me right away.
