I ordered a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes from 6pm.com. This is not my first pair to purchase (but elsewhere). This brand is expensive. I am familiar with Allen Edmonds, prices and quality. I was very pleased with the price. I would have bought two pair, but only one pair that I wanted was available in my size. The shopping and ordering procedure was simple. The shipment was extremely prompt. I certainly recommend shopping at 6pm.com and I will be shopping there again.

the price was great I brought 7 pair of shoes for myself the only issues was they sent a size 10 in a 7 1/2 shoe box so I had to call for a replacement

The only thing I didn't like was the website search. I think they should offer more choices to narrow down your search, other than shoe size and width, i.e. color, materials, heel height, etc. It took a long time to view every page of shoes before I found what I was looking for.

In response to #5, I didn't receive an email with a tracking number which would have been nice. After a day I logged into my account and had to look up my order to get a tracking number. I enjoyed my experience with 6PM.com and will buy more shoes in the future.

The search functionality on the site is quite buggy and unpredictable. They should probably work on fixing that. Also, all of the prices change from week to week. Is there some sort of pattern to this? They might want to put an explanation of that somewhere in the FAQ.

i think the site is great and the prices are very much discounted. the description is a bit limited and you cannot always buy the shoes you want in the sizes you need. nevertheless, when you find something, it's usually a pretty good deal and you cant go wrong. one thing i find problematic is that one cannot phone them. they do not provide a phone number. but if i've had any questions or comments i did email them and received prompt and detailed responses, so that is good. i consider it more or less an outlet place, so if i want to purchase something, i'll check here first to see if it's gotten here yet. if not i'll just have to pay full price if i dont want to take the chance on losing the product. they have pretty much a huge selection of brands and styles, so if someone is just browsing they shouldnt have a problem finding what to buy. but if they want a particular item, it may be difficult to find it in the size needed. also, since there are no reviews, we dont always know how a shoe runs etc. so we have to order on a chance that it'll fit right, which doesnt always happen, so i've had to return shoes due to that at my cost. all in all i think they are trying their best to offer good products and good service.

It is almost always pleasure to shop at 6pm. They have a wide variety of shoes to shop from, and since I have five children and my husband I shop for, besides myself, It is most helpful. The couple of times I had to call customer service, they were very polite, and informative. I just wish they had free shipping returns. Shoes are very hard to fit, and since I have a large family, I always have to return something from each of my order.

Great experience. The only minor flaw I would see is when you asked for, let's say only sandals to be shown, there's running shoes and other types of shoes also coming up in the search. Other than that, it's a great place to shop with unbeatable prices. I'll definetly keep shopping there.

When I initially added the boots to my shopping cart they were 50% off. Since this was a pretty significant investment, I took several days to decide whether I really wanted to try them, especially since I will need to pay return shipping if they don't work out. When I went back to purchase them, they were no longer 50% off - they were now only 41% off. Not a nice surprise. In fact, it made me take insignificantly longer to decide. I called to confirm the price and the person I talked to on the phone didn't even bother to offer an apology she just confirmed that the price. The only reason I have gone through with this purchase is that no one else still stocks these boots. Otherwise, I would have shopped elsewhere. In addition, it's really annoying and I think somewhat insensitive to be surveyed for purchases you've not yet received. I think this whole approach is not one that I'll repeat any time in the future unless I get stuck wanting something no one else still has.

It was a OK experience, I like the quality of the shoes that I purchased, but unfortunately one pair was to large. Due to the fact that sizes vary by manufactures, it would be a better shopping experience if exchanges were free of additional postage and handling.

6pm.com has a sight that is very easy to work with. I like the fact that they offer searches under various catagories and will suggest items if your choice is out of stock. The only improvement I would like to see, is an explanation for the reviews...for example...when they say that 60% of the shoppers felt the shoe was not the proper size...do they mean too big, or too small????THAT is very important when odering shoes...so you know wheather to go up a size or down. Other than that...I really enjoy shopping with them.

I had ordered shoes that turned out to be too big. Since there are sites like Zappos and Shoebuy.com that offer free shipping both ways, I would not use this site again unless (as was this case this time) I found REALLY cute shoes that I did not see anywhere else.
