Better Customer Service, Better Delivery Service than the competition. I first ordered the refrigerator from another online retailer which delivered us twice a damaged refrigerator. Also both times the delivery with Yellow freight the refrigerator did not deliver inside the house, they left it outside on the curb, so i decided to cancel the order with that company but this time around i did my homework and found A M Royal to be very reputable. So Glad i Found Them. I ordered the refrigerator on Tue. evening, on Wed. morning i got an email confirmation. On Fri. I got the tracking number and the unit arrived in my house in Austin Texas on Wed. This time with A M Royal delivery they did bring the refrigerator in the house and the guys placed it in the kitchen for me. I recommend this company for your large home appliances needs for the customer service and for the sophisticated delivery method they use.
5 Stars is too little for this company.

Order was shipped out promptly and customer service via email was right on the money. Order arrived in less than a week and the savings were substantial compared to a local appliance store. Packages were wrapped very well with a double heavy duty box which helped in getting the products undamaged. Seems like this company does all the right things to make the customer happy and I'll shop here again

Placing the order and getting my cc charged went quickly enough, but it took them ten days to ship the appliance. My first e-mail asking about the shipping delay wasn't answered. The second one was answered, the rep guessing a ship date. After that, another rep e-mailed that it would ship the day of the e-mail, but that wasn't to be. I called a few days later, was put on hold for at least ten minutes, so I hung up and tried again, getting through after several tries, only to be put on hold again. After a few minutes, someone else picked up, asking who I was holding for. This rep checked my order status, claimed it was ready to go, and that I'd be e-mailed a tracking number as well as phoned when the appliance arrived. I'm crossing my fingers, but if I don't hear thing one from them this week, I'll file a dispute with my cc company.

I ordered a 166-bottle wine chiller from AM Royal's online website. Although I was interested in finding a low price for the unit, previous experience with another vendor, which sold me a faulty unit, drove me to look for a company with a high rating first, and compare prices second. The price for the chiller was reasonable when compared to similar products sold by other vendors, and the company had a very good rating on several online sites. The company processed my order the same day, and sent the merchandise to the shipper the next day. My merchandise was delivered exactly one week after I ordered.

AM Royal sent me confirmatory emails for my purchase order, and to provide a tracking number. It was easy to check the status of my shipment both online and by phone.

The merchandise itself was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Unpacking and setup instructions were provided, which ensured that I was able to setup the unit quickly, and that it worked properly when I turned it on.

I'm very pleased with the service, and especially with the warranty on this merchandise; I would definitely recommend this merchant for future business.

I purchased a dishwasher that had a dent in the door that we did not notice until after the delivery was made. When I called customer service to get a replacement, I was told that my remedy was only to the manufacturer. I objected and wrote an angry e-mail to customer service.

Before the day was over, I got a call from the President of the company apologizing for the misunderstanding. He arranged for a replacement which I received two days later in a snow storm.

We purchased a washer and dryer fro AM Royal to be delivered to our home in the mountains. They delivered the washer and dryer 4 days after we placed the order. they sent us tracking information via email and we were able to follow the progress of the shipment in real time. The day before the delivery the shipping company called us to arrange a delivery time and they gave us a 2 hour window for delivery and they made it on time. The driver was very nice and put the washer and dryer in our basement. The all process was painless and easy. I'll be using them in the future.

I have had both phone and internet communication with AM Royal. They are extremely courteous and helpful. Their customer service is the best I have encountered in a long time. I would and have recommended them to anyone. Their products are just as advertised and their prices can't be beat. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate them a 20. They are great! I'll be back ordering shortly.

A store you can trust for major appliances on the Internet. The all transaction from placing order to delivery took less than 5 days. A M Royal Kept me informed of the order progress and shipping tracking codes. The delivery people were very pleasant and professional and let me inspect the unit upon arrival. The washer and dryer came in excellent condition and we appreciated the fact that A M Royal used extra packing material to protect the items during shipment. Took too much time to recieve. I called twice to make sure if it was ever delivered. They said it takes 3 days to process. I waited 5 business days. Still didnt send it. Finally arrived today. Price is great, order from here if you dont mind waiting almost 3 weeks.

I researched and bought an LG refrigerator online recently.
I was really worried about the whole deal, but what a great transaction! Living here in northern Idaho posed no problems for the speedy delivery of the large, heavy item.
AM Royal kept me posted all the way too. The free shipping promo was unreal.
Thumbs up to this company, I am glad I trusted them, now its time to get that washer and dryer, their my choice.

AM Royal, employee, Karen, received my order, and found a suitable color substitution, when the color I picked was out of stock. Karen, made a personal phone call to ask if the new color was o.k. When I called AM Royal, late in the afternoon, an employee that knew, Karen, answered the phone, and was able to relay my color choice, in the same style and model. My order was complete and shipped. I was very happy with my shopping experience at AM Royal.

I ordered a Friedrich air conditioner (28000 BTU) and took a day off from work to wait for delivery. Delivery came but driver had to leave the unit outside on the sidewalk despite the fact that it was about to rain. I had no way of bringing the 220 lb. unit indoors. Calls to the delivery company involved a very rude and unprofessional supervisor who refused to even have the driver back the truck against my garage and lower the unit inside the garage door. Meanwhile, the supervisor told the driver to leave. After many more calls to AM Royal and to the delivery company, I learned that "free shipping" means only to the curb, and on weekdays only. Anything else would mean significant delivery charges. I had to use another vacation day for re-delivery, but the most aggravation came from dealing with the rude delivery service. AM Royal tried but was not very helpful in resolving their delivery problem. I am very dissatisfied with AM Royal's poor delivery and customer service, and would not buy from them again.

Order was placed via internet, received confirmation email. Two weeks went by no Grill, contacted customer service was given trucking co. phone # and tracking number. Contacted trucking co., grill was out of stock & they had no idea when/if it would ship. Contacted customer service again, they had to look into and called back next day. Grill I ordered was out of stock, they offered to upgrade to better model, same manufacture, I agreed. I was told that it would arrive in approx. 7 days, day 9 no grill, was looking up phone # when I received email, grill just shipped, it arrived 6 days later. Was upgraded grill, great condition. From start to finish it took 1 month, free upgrade, would have been nice to get sooner, was overall satisfied and would buy from again.

No mention was made of having to ship from Texas Warehouse - web site said 2-3 day delivery. Once I finally got thru to someone they did follow up for me and advise me of delivery. I am not unhappy with the service - but they shouldn't advertise such that you believe they have merchandise in stock when they drop ship from supplier warehouse. It was inconvienent making alternate arrangements for unit to be received.

The air conditioner arrived ahead of schedule, and it was in fine shape. Dealing with the company was very good, too. I emailed them to note a problem with their web site and a person identifying himself as the president of the company responded quickly and very politely. After about a week I called to find out where the warranty papers were, and it turned out they were being sent by US Mail, so if I were going to fault AM Royal anywhere I would say that even the "small" items (I paid extra for an extended warranty) need to appear in the order tracking so I won't need to call AND there's a way to note when they get lost. But this is a very minor quibble. Overall the experience was very good.

First time large internet order (5.5 cu. ft beverage cooler).....excellent customer service, shipping was on schedule, in fact early....They emailed me as well as called me to let me know when to expect the delivery......Came from New Jersey to Illinois by truck.....all packaging as well as fridge was in perfect condition.....just as if I had gone to the store myself!!!!....I would not hesitate to do business with them again....Great experience!!!!

The staff, especially Mike, was very friendly and informed. I ordered an air conditioner and two days later it was delivered to me without incident in Manhattan. The day before, Mike called me and told me it would arrive between 9am and 10am the next day. It arrived at 9:06am. What more can you ask for? I didn't have to wait at home all day long for a delivery. The air conditioner, LG GL6000 ER, is very quiet, easy to use and light weight. They know their stuff. Their products are a little on the pricier side but the customer service and ease of the transaction from the time of ordering to delivery is worth it to me; something I haven't experienced with these large corporate chains.
