I actually bought a television from a different merchant prior to buying it from am royal the price of the TV by the other merchant was $30 cheaper. a day after i placed my order there i got a phone call asking me to buy extended warranty and accessories which i refused. The next day i got a phone call telling me that the TV is out of stock but still advertised on the site as in stock and realized that those companies are just a scam they sell you the TV for very cheap and then try to see you the warranty for $799 which is a ridiculous price. So i ordered the TV from Am royal for few dollars more but i knew i'm not going to get scammed. Am royal is the right people to buy a TV from. The delivery was fast and i love the tv. And by the way they sell the extended warranty for 299 for extra 4 years not like the other losers who sell it for 899 2 extended years. Be aware when you buy a TV not to fall to that scam of selling you the unit for very cheap and then rip you off on the extended warranty and if you don't buy it they will simply call you the next day to tell you that the TV is out of stock. From now on I’ll look for legitimate merchants such as am royal to shop for TV's.

A M Royal's site made it easy to find the Fujitsu Air Conditioner I was looking for. I ordered it online on Monday afternoon after speaking to the sales department. They were very helpful in sorting out which product would work best for my application. Although their site was packed with info, sometimes there is nothing like talking to a human being.

After placing the order online Monday afternoon, I received a confirmation e-mail. Tuesday I received another e-mail with the trucking company and a tracking number. Thursday the trucking company called me to make an appointment for delivery on Friday. They gave me a 4 hour delivery window.

Friday, the truck came within the specified delivery window. The driver was helpful as he assisted me in getting the system into my garage. The trucking company was Seko Worldwide.

The installers put the system in today and everything works fine. This was an excellent online experience. Thank you to A M Royal and Seko Worldwide. Great job!!!

Customer service is what differentiates this company from others. i ordered an air conditioner from a different company which was advertising that they had it in stock few weeks went by and all i was getting from them was lies that your air conditioner will ship tomorrow finally i canceled the order with them and ordered it from AM Royal and right from the beginning i realized how different this company is i ordered online and got an email confirmation right away the following email was to let me know that delivery will take place the next day. Since I’m local there was no tracking number but the email specified an approximate time of delivery. The product arrived at my door at 8:15AM and thanks for that i did not need to lose any work time. They made the shopping experience nice and hassle free. i will do business with them again. Unbelievable Service. I got 2 air conditioners from them for delivery into New York City. I ordered online and it gave me a shipping price of $85 and agreed to it. I got a call from them later that day and was told that local delivery is cheaper by $20 and they charged my credit card only $65. This was shocking to me since why would a company charge less after i agreed for a higher price. I love such business practices and since i'm renovating my house right now i'll buy all the appliances from AMRoyal they are the professionals when it comes to customer service. Nathan

Not good at all. Would never purchase an appliance from this company again as they charged my credit card 2 weeks before shipping the product. Then my washer dryer combo showed up damaged and they refused to take responsibility and replace the unit. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.

They shippedd my unit with Seko Worldwide. Seko seemed slow with nery limited "delivery" options. I ended up driving an hour to their warehouse to pick up the unit myself. AM Royal, isolated from their shipper, was a good company that I would shop with again, but I would insist on a different shipper.

While the product shipped later than I was originally told, it was shipped well and arrived quickly. The order tracking was pretty useless as the order was listed as "in process" up until a few hours before I received the shipped package. Only then was it updated to reflect the shipped status and tracking number. I was given the tracking number over the phone just after the product shipped, however, and the personal customer service (phone) was excellent.

I decided to buy my air conditioner from AM Royal since they had the best price and best custoomer reviews. Their website is very easy to navigate and i was able to find all the information i needed on the product. I place the order and got a prompt confirmation via email. The next day i called and asked if they can expedite the shipping on my order the guy i spoke to was very helpful and arranged everything so i can get it the next day. It arrived by me the next day and i realized that 8000 btu air conditioner will not be enough for my room so i called the back and asked to replace the unit with a larger one and they had no problem with it and they didn't charge anything for the return (Unlike most stores i came across online that don't accept returns on air conditioners). They sent me the unit which arrived 3 days later. THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
