my order was processed and mail out....I got it the very next day...they packed it real well.....however there was damage to the frame of the AC.....and the vents were off and cracked....I just dealt with it and fixed it...I didnt return it.....I think it was opened before me.....But to much trouble and too heavy to return....thats why I decided to just deal with it.......

Overall experience was good. It took a little longer than I expected to get shipped but was handled via phone call which was handled professionally by AM Royal. Additional communications with shipper were very good as the unit was being shipped to our summer home and I had to coordinate receiving at that location.

I actually did not go through the purchase, because the item I was trying to purchase was out of stock. However, phone conversation with customer support was rather pleasant and to the point, unlike what I got at one other AC merchant. If there is very good customer support, surely everything else is on the same level.

The air conditioner was scratched on the bottom and it was quite dirty. Apparently someone had used it already and then returned it. However, it was easy to clean and appears to function adequately. I didn't have the energy to go through the effort of returning it myself. I like the product and would buy it again, but only where I could look at it first before buying.

Ordered online a washer dryer combo and an air conditioner which they had the best price. Got a prompt confirmation by email following that the next day i got a tracking number via email. The items arrived at my house a week later. I had some trouble installing the air conditioner in my window since it was 1 inch wider that my window so i had to replace it so i called them and they exchanged the unit to a different one which was smaller and they did not charge me any extra fee. I'll do business with them again.

we ordered a washer dryer combo online on a Monday night the next day we got an email with an estimate time of delivery following that on Tuesday afternoon we got a tracking number for the trucking company. The unit arrived by us the following Monday exactly at the time that the trucking company stated that it will be delivered. we found their website to be very informative and had good prices. Great smooth transaction.

The web based order tracking is way below other internet sites I have used. I had to call in three times to get the most basic status, i.e., was the order shipped? In my first call I offered to change my order if that was an "out of stock" issue, the person assured me it was not, two days later it was confirmed that there were delays in having the item in stock. My assessment is that this company does not have the web saavy or customer focus to compete with the run of the mill web based businesses. They are behind the technology curve and I won't shop there in the future.

I called these guys for an air conditioners. I spoke to a salesman named Mike. He was the most helpful guy I ever spoke to. He explained everything. He figured out the right unit for my room and he was right. I got the unit and put it in the window and it works great! My room is cool, just the way I like it. The delivery guy was great too. He came early on the day they said.

They have the best prices on the internet. I purchased a portable air conditioner from AM Royal on 4/19 after researching the prices online and found them to have the best price. Their website is easy to navigate and the air conditioner arrived at my house less than a week later and i'm enjoying it since then.

I spoke to a salesperson to help me choose the best window air conditioner for my home and he recommended that i should go with the Panasonic 12000 BTU.
