Simple, these guys rock! I found hardware and software for my company's faxes at a fraction of the NORMAL prices advertised elsewhere. I will continue to use these guys for all my needs. I don't even check other places any more, it's a waste of time b/c amatteroffax always has the lowest price!

Ordered a replacement lamp for my InFocus home theater projector. My other one died without warning so I was interested in getting it back up and running as quickly as possible but wanted the best deal (naturally). I shopped around on the internet and at local retailers and AmatterofFax had the best pricing by far...and offered free shipping for my item and it was in stock. It was in my hands 2 days later, arrived in perfect condition and I installed it and was operational immediately.

I ordered two Xerox cartridges for my HP Laserjet and they sent me a cheap no name brand. I emailed them and noted how their web page advertised the Xerox brand and still does. They email back a link to their return policy with a 20% restocking fee. I emailed back saying I should not have to pay the restocking fee or the return shipping for their error. They did not reply. I emailed them again and they did not reply.

I purchased a replacement lamp for an Optoma Home Theater projector. The price was the lowest I could find on the web by more than $50. The web site was very easy to navigate. Service was great and the retailer did an excellent job of packing the item to prevent any damage during shipment.

I found them using a search engine. They had the best price on the product. I ordered it and received it 2 days later. I had received and order confirmation stating the product had shipped that morning and by noon it was received! Amazing service!

I ordered a new FAX machine w/free delivery. I received a refurb and was charged shipping. I protested via email and was told that I would get a RMA# in 24 to 48 hrs.
It has been 11 days and 2 more emails.
Their customer service dept does NOT respond at all. Don't be fooled by the pretty face on their web site. They DO NOT respond.
I have entered a dispute with CC company.

This was my first time ordering from A Matter of Fax and I was impressed my order was processed and delivered so unexpectedly fast! I placed the order one morning and the product was on my desk the next morning. Their website was easy to navigate and I was able to quickly locate the part I needed. Ok, some of you have had great experiences...good for you.. AMOF is THE WORST example of online shopping that I have ever encountered!!! I ordered a printer that was $10 less than Best Buy (silly me looking for the bargain) and for 2 months I got nothing but excuses as to why it wasn't on my doorstep. After 10 phone calls I finally got someone to go look for it in their shipping area and it was sitting there. It was shipped out the next day and when I opened the box IT WAS USED AND BROKEN AND HAD SOMEONE ELSES INFORMATION INSIDE> After shipping it back and 10 more phone calls to the company I STILL HAVEN"T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK (even though I have been told 3 times that they were crediting my account) Who has the energy for this type of follow-up?? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed with the website. I was able to determine exactly what I needed and the explanation of products was very thorough. Once the order was finalized, I received a follow-up e-mail from the company. Additionally, I received a call from New York advising me that the shipment was made and I received the HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One Printer in less than two days! Awesome customer service. I needed a toner as I was running out of ink on my printer and found this great site where I could get a laser printer (HP LJ 1018) for 77 dollars and I could submit $65 mail-in rebate over that ending with price approx ~ $20 (incl tax) which is much cheaper than buying a cartridge for a bubble jet printer that would last only 300 pages. This printer came with cartridge that would print up to 1000 page.

Shipping was free and I actually got the printer within 3 days after placing the order.
