This is about my first and last order from AWS. I ordered a $20 item that was listed "in stock". I paid an additional $13 for 3 day shipping to make sure it would be here by Christmas. It still may get here in time but the experience has been frustrating enough that I won't order from them again.

It is now 4 days since I placed the order and received an email saying I'd have my tracking # within 24 - 72 hours. No number and the website lists the order as still processing. I've clicked on their on-line help button a few times and it just loops you back to the main page. I've e-mailed to ask how long processing usually takes (I under stand the 3 day shipping doesn't start until it has been sent). They didn't reply. I called their phone # and got voice mail, which they haven't responded to.

If there is a problem and it's going to be late just tell me.. I understand life doesn't always work the way we want it to. But, it's kind of silly to pay so much for fast shipping if the processing takes a week.

It's the lack of communication that will prevent me from doing business with them again.
