I was a bit surprised when shipping fees popped up at over $6 on the second to last order confirmation page when the home page quite prominently promised free shipping. I almost abandoned the order until I figured out that I could make a different shipping selection to get the free shipping. It would have been nice if the default shipping choice was for the free option. Other than that, my shopping experience was excellent. The product was as described on the website, and it arrived very quickly.

The experience I had with accessory geeks this time was 100% better than the time I first used them. The quality and service is a much greater improvement. The website is more user friendly and take you directly to what you are looking for. It is very easy to navigate within the site. The products were of great quality and I was very pleased with customer service. For the first time it didn't take forever for my items to be shipped and I was able to track my order which is a great plus!

The website is very easy to navigate...wanted products easy to find with an excellant variety to choose from. The ordering process was equally simple and quick. I ordered two cell phone chargers on 12/15 and paid extra for UPS shipping to arrive for Christmas. The next day I ordered another of one of the chargers with standard USPS shipping. The USPS package arrived 12/22. The UPS package is not scheduled to arrive until after Christmas. Go figure!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with AccessoryGeeks. They did not have the product on the day I ordered the needed battery for a Christmas gift. They were able to get it in 24 hours as they stated they would. Day 3 of back order at christmas time is unacceptable. Now it's too late to get it anywhere else without paying a fortune for shipping. Tried to call but you only live on west coast time so forget about the rest of the country who is already up and living life. Deadline for christmas orders on this day is 3 pm my time but I have to wait until noon before you open. Great! All my other online purchases arrived just fine. Imagine that.

Shopping experience was mostly straight forward. Small confusion as to how to receive the free shipping offer. Shipping was excellent, especially for this time of year. Have not tried the product yet but it arrived sealed in the original packaging so I do not anticipate any problems.
