To number sever above I should say "may be" but no such option was made available. Order shipped in or after 24 hrs which was not my expectation (merchant's web site says most orders will be shipped in 24 hrs). There was a delay in delivery, but not too long a delay. Over all good service but nothing superior.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase experience with AccessoryGeeks. I would like to add however, that with each purchase an invoice of some sort would be nice. It could list what the purchases are and the cost of each item. I found that instructions for the items were not available. Granted, some things need no explanation, but when one is ordering many items, (possibly from more than one vendor), it's likely that one might not remember what the original order was and needs a little information to jog the memory.

My item wasn't even close to fitting my phone. I called upon receipts and was told to ship back at my expense for their error. Not a good policy. They should have just eaten the cost of the wrong item and sent me a new one. By the looks of the product it cost about 10 cents not $14.99.

I'm considering cancelling the order because I was lied to about stock status. A day after placing the order in which I was informed that the item was in stock, I got an email saying that the item is back ordered. I'm letting it ride for now, but I remember unfulfilled expectations in the future.

I ordered two products because they had a good price and were both in stock. The order was supposedly shipped 2-1/2 weeks ago, and I have not received it. They do NOT respond to customer service inquiries by e-mail with the "speed of lightning" as their web site claims. They just don't respond at all. I called four days ago. They said that they would reship the items. I called again today. They reshipped one of them, but the other one is on back-order and won't be shipped until Monday. With my schedule, I won't be able to pick up my stuff at the shipping address until next Saturday or if it doesn't com, another week later. I hear "I'm sorry" a lot, but no one offers to do anything like REFUND MY MONEY. As I said, they don't respond to e-mails and the hold time on the phone is terrible. I think that they owe me some kind of refund for the horrible customer service I have received.

I purchased a car charger for my cell phone through Accessory Geeks on August 11th, 2006. Upon receiving the charger it failed to work at all so I researched how to return the product for an exchange or refund, (which was to email them for an RMA#, (Returned Merchandise Authorization #)), three times, but never received any response. I tried emailing their main customer service number with my complaint, again no response. I''ve tried calling twice, the first time being put on hold for such a long time that I finally gave up, the second time I was told someone would call me back shortly with the number, (that was over a week ago.) The product in question was only $10.99 and I just want my money back and they can have their faulty merchandise back as well.

Ordering was so easy and user friendly. They have so many different types of accessories for my Motorola Razr! It's like accessory heaven or something. To top it off, I didn't even pay for shipping or tax!! I only paid for what I wanted. I got my order in just 2 days, and everything came in excellent condition. Ordering was easy, they had what I wanted in stock, they responded with same-day shipping. All the good stops there. I never received the product. I called to ask about it and they "happily" sent another out. I emailed that I had not received either, and got no response. I called a third time, waited 10 minutes on hold, was told the item was out of stock, and just requested a credit. Let's see if I get it!

I read many negative comments regarding AccessoryGeeks.com before placing my order with them, and was extremely worried that I might get burnt. However, the pricing was excellent, and I was unable to find the cellphone case I was looking for somewhere else at the same price. I therefore went ahead and bought it, choosing the free shipping at check-out. I got two emails within 3 hours one stating that the order was placed, the other one saying that it had already shipped. Within two days I got the case, and it is excellent. My whole experience with AccessoryGeeks.com has been AMAZING, and I will buy from them again in the future. I cannot believe I got the packet in two days without paying a penny for shipping. WAW!

Great prices,free shipping, what could be bad? Ordered two holsters both about half what I would have paid in a storefront and had them within 5 days. My only disappointment is that the data cable I wanted to order was very expensive and I found it elsewhere for less then half the price. When they notified me an item was out of stock I asked how long it would be till it was back and if I could cancel and they got right back to me saying I could cancel, no problem but I decided to wait and it came in stock that afternoon.
