I placed an order from overseas, as a gift to be delivered to a US address. My only complaint/annoyance is that, either Ace Mart's computer system couldn't understand a billing address that was not within the US or one of their opperator's were confused by the UK billing address. Because of this my order was delayed by over a week even though I have paid for 1-2 business day delivery. Now I know to contact customer service directly after receiving my order number to make sure they understand the billing address. Nonetheless, I imagine I would order from them in the future as they seem to have good products. I'll find out as soon as the gift is received and I find out what the recipiant thinks. AB

I found the experience very easy, and Ace mart was a great place to shop online. I know the mugs got to the church because they were signed for by the church secretary, which i found on the tracking site , but have not seen them yet. I cannot imagine that they would have been damaged, Or the secretary would have called us to let us know.

Product was not properly packed to avoid damage. Poor packing caused slight damage to seat of barstool by another unattached part rubbing on seat during shipping. Obvious damage was caused by poor judgment in packaging.

We placed our order online and it shipped the very next day. We were in receipt of 2 of the 3 items within 4 days. One of the items was incorrect. AceMart's customer service arranged a pick-up THAT SAME DAY. The replacement piece was shipped immediately and we received it 3 days later. All in all, I have to say this is better service than we get with our local sources.

The ordering was very easy and quick. I was disappointed in the product because we needed them to be used in gift baskets for our son's wedding guests that were from out of town and each corkscrew had a very sticky (seemed old) pricing sticker on it. I sat here one night and carefully unstuck the stickers for about one hour and forty-five minutes! I think I would have sent them back, but we really needed them right then. Table arrived in good form earlier than I anticipated. Only problem was getting directions to the truck driver so he could find our location. Everyone at Ace Mart was very helpful in contacting the truck driver through the shipping company.

Simple and quick ordering on their website. Great price on item purchased compared to other sites. One mistake - Mailing label did not have the name of the person it was supposed to go to, just the company name repeated twice.

The only problem I have is there were no directions on how to use the item. I have never used one before and it seemed simple enough, but the attachments were a little confusing.

1) The picture and the description online is deceiving. It talks about a worktable, Stainless steel, but actually only the table top is stainless steel while the bottom shelf and the legs are just galvanized or coated steel. 2) The shipping and handling cost was too high. 3) The table top arrived with a visible dent, since the shipping box was in good condition it looks like it was packaged already with the dent. 4) The welding of the legs and the table top was not covered with paint, but just exposed black welding. 5) I still did not get an answer about the damaged top. I believe I'm entitled to a refund to compensate for the damage. I emailed 2 digital pictures showing the damaged table top and left also a voice message, but did not get any response yet.
