I was thrilled to find a place that supplied the extra chafing dishes I required, but was less than thrilled when they took longer to ship than I expected. I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping and it arrived on the 6th day, which was one day too late. Product is excellent, shipping system needs help.

I was looking for aluminum scoops (a 5 oz and a 12 oz). Ace mart Restaurant Supply had several to choose from. The descriptions were clear and listed the size (one other merchant I visited did not list the sizes of the scoops). The picture was clear. I was informed when the order was shipped and was given the tracking number, so I could check with UPS on the shipping progress. I am most pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop at Ace Mart Restaurant Supply again.
