I made a total of two purchases with this merchant about 8-9 months apart. Unfortunately both orders are delayed due to merchandise out of stock unexpectedly. With the first order, the merchant even messed up my the charge because it charged me half of the total charge before delivery and I used a coupon for the purchase. I would avoid this merchant if I can.

Just before Thanksgiving, I ordered some products from various onlne stores. I was concerned about delivery as we were leaving town to my inlaws for the Holliday and some of the items orderd were gifts for my inlaws. I'm sad to report that I did not leave for the inlaws with everything we'd orded. We did, however, receive everything we orderd from Adorama. Those items were deliverd fast and complete. Ten days later and I'm still dealing with one of those other online stores over an order. Too bad Adorama doesn't sell pajamas!

Fantastic, they exceeded all my expectations. I made my purchase on the weekend, and was very pleasantly surprised when the merchandise arrived on Tuesday. 3 days from order completion to the time the product arrived that is A+ in my book. Since I retired, I have been researching camera equipment online and reading about macro photography before I decided make a sizable purchase.  It was obvious from the start I would purchase on line and I finally settled on Adorama based on their inventory and revues from previous customers.  Instead of ordering directly from my laptop, I decided to call Adorama since I was not quite sure if I had chosen the "right stuff".  Getting to speak to a "real-live human" on the telephone without punching a bunch of numbers was a shocker and I was also pleasantly surprised when I discovered the sales person was a camera expert who guided me through my purchase.  I have been a hobby photographer for 30 years but new to digitial macro photography.  The salesperson (Meyer) advised me on exactly what I needed, he was not "just trying to sell me something", but was genuinely interested in helping me take better photos!  The shipment arrived when he said it would, packed secure, and it was like Christmas morning when I opened the box.  Very pleased with the quality of the products "we" decided on and have a very good feeling about my purchase.

I live in a rural location and do my printing at home.  We sell photos taken from the air and my husband is an artist and I make prints of his paintings.  I use my printer "a lot" and have been very happy with Adorama.  I buy both photo paper and ink from Adorama and they ship very quickly and things are rarely back ordered. My last order arrived 2 days after I ordered it.  I can not buy my ink or the large format paper in any retail stores in our area so it is important that I have a reliable internet sourse for my supplies.  Their prices are very good also. My one complaint would be that you could make your site a little easier to use.  After I order one color of ink it sends me back to the home page and I have to start over to go back to the ink category.  Thank you Adorama.  Wanda Leatherbury

I bought several accessories for a telescope through Internet at Adorama and in four days was delivered to my address in Miami. I made queries to Customer Service on Existing orders department related to the packaging and they replied promptly. Also I received mails regarding the status of purchase order and UPS’s tracking number.
Everything went very well.
I recommend adding packaging option for Internet purchases, ie. Packaged separately, or single packet, and so on.
