Adorama site is very simple and straight forward. Found the items I needed and ordered within a few min. Checkout and order process was very fast. I needed my order next day and they got it shipped the same day just a few hours after I ordered.

Very good! The order was shipped by Adorama very quickly, even though as a new, international customer they needed to verify my card. Everything was well-packed and exactly as ordered. The only delay was on DHL's part, because they don't deliver to my remote part of the country every day.

Shipment of one item out of three was delayed due to on-hand shortage. The other two units were shipped very quickly. The third came a reasonable time later. Communication on the situation was excellent.

I placed the order on a Thursday, for overnight delivery. I called Friday when I hadn't received; I was assured it would go out that day and I would get it Monday. This was repeated on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I finally canceled the order on Wednesday, and purchased from another vendor. I'll never shop at Adorama again.

Adorama is the worst amazon.com affiliate store I have ever dealt with. They advertised an item as in stock. It did not arrive with my other items but there was no explanation. Three emails later they finally told me it was on backorder even though their website still stated it was in stock. I emailed asking how long until I might expect it. They emailed back maybe 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later I asked again to be told they were on a one week holiday (no clue what holiday) and that they would not read emails sent during their "holiday" so I would have to resubmit my email on the following Monday. I did that and just got an email from them telling me they were refunding my money. Their communication was dismal, unfriendly and unresponsive to the questions I asked.
