Due to poor packaging and worse FedEx Ground deliveries, the product arrived broken (twice). Air and Water followup was very good: they issued prepaid return shipping pickups, and a full refund after the second unit arrived in worse condition than the first.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer service: On-time delivery:

It ook about two weeks to recieve my product; and they said same day shipping as you place your order. I also sent e-mail several times with no response to them. I had no tracking number to keep up with the product. As far as I am concerned, they need to treat their customers better than they did me. Shipping address was different than billing address and verified this with me before sending. Product came right away and I LOVE MY AIR KING HUMIDIFIOR.I have tried many and none have worked well or for very long. This is easy to use, does a great job and has good instructions on keeping it clean and working. I am very satisfied. The product didn't meet our expectations, and the return process has been difficult. I had to apply for a return authorization number which took some time. purchase was fine. Shipping was the problem. Cooler came dented and with 2 loose screws. FedEx may be the problem. I did not call to complain but did take pictures in case something came up. I emailed to get tracking information and rec'd no response, I called to find out where the air conditioner was and they gave me a phone number to call their shipper.
