I was frustrated because I felt that because their merchandise was faulty that they should refund me my shipping and handling which they would not do. They credited my card for the price of the ice machine only.

There were several similar items for me to compare to find the right product for me. The mini-freezer I wanted was in stock, pricing was good, ordering was easy, shipping was on time and it was packed very well. The freezer is running well & looks good in my kitchen. Actually, I have to point it out to visitors - it's quiet, blends right in and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. No complaints.

The shipping costs to Canada were a shock when they appeared on our credit card invoice. Shipping costs almost doubled the cost of the item. Because of this experience, we will never purchase anything else this way, unless it is absolutely not available through another source.

i had to call to add my shipping address because it wasn't the same as my billing address on my credit card. Unfortunately we were awaiting the ice makers arrival for a party at our FL home and it didn't arrive in time because the co. emailed this info and i don't check our email daily. so we had to buy ice and it would have been nice to have our new ice maker available (the real reason we bought it) But we did figure it out and finally recieve the item and we love it. this is the only company that has ever required the address to be listed on our credit card to ship to or an "affidavit". Must have beened burned but seems a bit "over the top".

Air & Water did a good job and provided quality merchandise; I am pleased with both coolers. The delivery was not satisfactory...Came by Fed Ex who rang the doorbell; I was in the room and immediately opened the door to find no one. Ran down the stairs to see the truck sailing off half way down the block. Tried to telephone and all they could say was that the truck would return to station later in the day but drivers have no phone contact with the station. They invited me to come to the station about 20 miles from my home and see if I could "catch the driver". I recommend UPS....

Neither unit worked. One arrived minus remote, instructions, ice tray, and air filter. In addition it was put together wrong from the start. It leaked and it had a piece floating around inside. The other one never cooled off at all and only blew hot air. Both units were unsatisfactory. Customer service was excellent.

I received the ice maker very quickly. I used it and had trouble with it the first time. I reported it to a service person at Air & Water (who was not very helpful) and he said I would have to fill out a return form (which was going to be a very lengthy process). I was also VERY disappointed to find out that I would have to pay return shipping costs.
I tried the unit again, it appeared to work a bit quicker, I called a rep. at Air & Water who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the unit. She explained what was going on with the unit and that it does take a while for it to warm up and generate lots of ice. I continued doing what she told me and the ice maker works perfectly! I'm very happy with it, thankfully, because I would not have been happy to have to ship it back at my cost.

I received the dehumidifier I ordered online in about a week. It was not packed for shipping--there was only a little piece of styrofoam at the top and bottom of the unit and none on the sides. The box was crushed in on one side. I should have refused delivery if I'd had my wits about me. Of course, the thing just didn't work. In order to return an item, you have to use the form on their website and obtain a number for a return authorization. I'm still waiting after almost a month.
I've finally disputed the charge through American Express in the hope of getting some of my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. Telephoning them is useless as well since all you ever get is voice mail. |

Ordering was really easy because the descriptions of the merchandise doesn't leave one guessing what you're going to get. You get what you expect to get, and the service is excellent. My shipment arrived quickly and was packaged really well. Customer Service quickly responded to any questions I had, and they even sent a phone number to call in the event I had more questions or felt like my previous questions hadn't been answered to my satisfaction. I'd definitely order from Air & Water again.
