I had some difficulty with your web-page. It appeared to "lock up" on me when I submitted my initial order. Apparently though it processed the information since I received a duplicate shipment when I re-ordered. You were nice enough to accept my return and it was processed and appreciated!

The expectation of the package delivery is falsified. My package hasn't arrived yet! The delivery time stated 4-14 days. My order was placed on August 25, 2008 and guess what? It's now September 12, 2008 and it still hasn't arrived. The order was placed for business purposes and to top it off, I also ordered and extra book for my co-worker. Now my repretation has been diminished as I suggested that she try Alibris as well. And to top it off our current job status may be affected if, we don't finish our reports within the allotted time. All because of the package delay. I'd suggest a more realistic time frame on package deliveries to make your future customers experience a lot better. The funny thing is that the recorder (NOT) a customer service representative told me to expect my order by September 25th! That's a month from when I placed the order. I'd say, that the delivery time is unacceptable. Especially when my credit card was charged the same day of the order. It's not about the cost but, most importantly about the principle. And above all setting the proper expectation to the customer. I'll probably never use Alibris again.

I ordered 2 books from one of the Alibris vendors. one book never showed up, and the other took longer than expected. they are refunding me the price of the missing item, but since it was travel reference for a trip I just returned from, their service was inefficient and useless to me.

Very dissatisfied with my recent experience at Alibris. Ordered a text for my husband in January 2008. Was told that the order was shipped weeks later and that I should be receiving the book shortly. NEVER RECEIVED THE BOOK and it was paid for in full. In my communications with Alibris, they did nothing to remedy the matter and placed the onus on the customer. I simply wanted a $32 credit for an item that was never received. Cannot recommend Alibris and felt that others should beware of their poor customer satisfaction if a problem was to occur.

while the selection was great, the shipping rates & process was TERRIBLE! I found the products at the prices I wanted but in order to get the "best" price for s&h I could'nt order the lowest price books, I had to order the books from the same seller in order to get the lowest s&h! I felt that was very misleading! Then even when I ordered the all my books from the same seller, the books still arrived in 3 different shipments weeks apart! Overall the s&h and long wait made this retailer one that I will not be doing business with in the future.

Don't order from Alibris. I sent 3 emails to inform Alibris that my order did not arrive 3 weeks past the scheduled arrival date. No one bother to respond to my emails and there is no phone contact number. I can't cancel the order either because customer service is non-existence.

Alibris has an easy to use Website and ordering process, a wide selection, great prices on "remaindered" books, and provided prompt order acknowledgment and delivery. I will definitely use this supplier again.

Ordered book on May 30, 2008. I was told that the book shipped on June 2, 2008. I received an e-mail confirmation that I should receive the book by June 8, 2008. It's June 20, 2008 and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE BOOK YET!!! Due to the SLOW SHIPPING, I would never purchase a book from the merchant again.
