All Children's Furniture was great; they shipped the item super fast. Problem was with FedEx; even though there were 2 labels on box with correct address, FedEx delivered to wrong address and I had to retreive very large box from a neighbor in the next block. Very pleased with Kidkraft train set and table. Price was reasonable and shipping was free. Will definitely check them out when I have other items to buy for my grandchild.

I was not sure about how it would be delievered since it was free shipping. It came UPS and was put neatly on my porch. The items were packed and double wrapped, everything was in good condition. It was easy to assemble and looks great.

i am still yet to receive the table and chair set it keeps getting put on backorder further and further. I called to make sure mine was coming on the date of the first backorder and the lady assured me that it was. Then come down to it, it was put on back order again. I am in the process of looking for a different one through some one else! My childs birthday is june 17 and it is backordered until june23 now!

It was great! The product came damaged and missing a piece but they replaced it right away, with no cost to us.

I did receive my item slightly damaged. The table had a few nicks in it. I should have called All children's Furniture to let them know but I never did. The nicks are small so they are not that noticable but when you pay $100 for something, I wouldn't expect to have any damage.

This purchase was a gift for my great-grandaughter. I understand from my grandaughter, that it arrived in perfect condition.

Product was just as described. All pieces were in excellent condition with the exception of one chair with a broken piece. I called Customer Service to report the problem. They handled it promptly and professionally - my daughter had a new chair within one week. Excellent customer service!

The purchase process of this product was very easy. However, the shipping has been a complete disaster! We received order confirmation, then shipping notice. On the same day we received two emails, one with shipping/tracking info and the other saying that the item was on backorder. This order began on April 11. Today is May 2 and after 2 phone calls we still have no confirmation that the bed has been shipped or what is going on with it!!! I am very displeased with the whole experience.

Fairly easy website to get around. All in all, a good purchase, the chair has a few bad spots in it, but I'm sure it was from the manufacturer.

The table I purchased was a return (and the other items were all great) but the comment on the site about it being a return did not include the fact that one corner of the table was totally mashed, I had purchased this "as is" so did not contact the company and ironically would probably have purchased that item anyway, (as the price was significantly lower than a new table) I would just have preferred some honesty in the product description.

I was very impressed with the Sports rocking chair I order for my grandson's 2nd Birthday. He will have it for years to come. The craftmanship of the rocker is of high quality.
