I ordered a child's easel for my grandson who lives in another state. Less than 1 week after I placed the order and All Kid's Stuff confirmed it, the money was deducted from my account (should have used a credit card!). After waiting a reasonable amount of time, I called on several occasions, but only got an answering machine saying all customer service people are busy serving other customers. The one time I did get a human on the phone, they acted very concerned and said they would look into it and get right back to me. They never did, and my subsequent phone messages and emails were left unanswered. I became so frustrated that I filed a complaint with the State of New Jersey where All Kids Stuff claims to be located. I am now dealing with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs to try and get this issue resolved. I wish I done some research before trying to order from this company.
I hope they are no longer in business. They shouldn't be.

First off let me say that I have never written a review before although I shop on the internet often. However, I felt compelled to write a review on this store due to the bad experience we have had. I read the other reviews, but my husband and I decided to take our chances. BAD MISTAKE! I will never do that again. We ordered a crib and dresser going on 3 1/2 weeks ago and have not received any shipping information although our credit card was charged very promptly, within 48 hours. I have called about 8-10 times -most of the time having to leave a message. I keep being told that they are trying to contact the manufacturer and find out if the item has been shipped. I spoke with someone a couple of days ago that said she would get back with me by the end of the day - it has now been 48 hours and I have heard nothing back from them. The point is, the hassle is not worth the money that you might save going with this vendor over another vendor. I highly discourage anyone using this vendor to purchase anything whatsoever!!!

Like most people - very bad experience. My item was out-of-stock later but they never contacted me. I was curious why I didn't receive confirmation email and after four days I contacted them. They said they didn't have my email or phone number, I told them it was a required field. They told me I must have hit the back browser button and it would delete those (apparently only those two because they only have one page of customer entry). They said they would immediately credit my card. Five weeks later I have yet to see the credit and they have not returned the past three voicemails.

Purchased 2 toyboxes and a train table - rec'd 1 toybox. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing I called the company...10 times a day for 3 WEEKS! Usually no one answered and never returned my calls!!! Finally, got someone on the phone and now they are crediting me with what was not delivered because "they can't get shipping information" - Wish I would have known that 3 weeks ago and I could have purchased from someone who actually valued customer service! They may have the cheap prices, but you pay for it in customer service. AVOID this company!!! I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them!

Bad customer service

We purchased a Storkcraft baby changing table, but the item didn't arrive in the promised time (7-12 business days). We called once to ask where it is, and only being able to reach voicemail, left a message. We did not get a call back. A week later, the merchandise still did not arrive and I spent quite a bit of time just dialing and dialing until a person picked up (Laurie I believe). The person mentioned that they had received our previous message and were checking on it. Apparently they had not heard from their Storkcraft warehouse concerning the shipping of the merchandise. This time they promised to check again with the warehouse and call us the next day. We received no call the next day, so we cancelled our order (via email) and requested that they credit back our credit card.

Update: When I called the following Monday to confirm the cancellation, Laurie told me there was some confusion with my order due to someone else having the same last name. This is why I didn't receive a call back confirming cancellation as requested. Laurie was very polite.

Very negative experience - service very poor, issues with manufacturers

This vendor should not be in business: They charged credit card immediately, before items shipped, yet could not provide any status on items, claiming manufacturer was not providing info to them. Two weeks later, found out item (Angel Line crib) was discontinued and could not be purchased. They didn't inform me, though; I had to contact them. They tried to sell me other items that were nothing like the one I wanted. I requested cancellation and it took another 2 weeks to receive refund on credit card, despite multiple requests. Customer service was generally non-responsive and it took many calls and emails to find out anything. I would not recommend anyone shop w/this vendor. Free shipping offer is not worth the hassle!

I would not use or recommend this company. I placed an order with them on October 6, 2006. They advertise shipping within 7-12 days or they will notify you if it will be longer. After 21 days I emailed the company to ask about the status of my order. They e-mailed me back on November 1, 2006, stating that there had been a problem with there ordering and my order had not been placed but it has been placed now. (They had already taken payment on Oct 7, 2006). I contacted them approx.4-5 times by e-mail and several times by phone each time leaving a message. They never returned any of these messages. It was not until someone finally answered the phone at the company that I received any information. I did not receive my items until the beginning of December. The customer service at this store is horrendous.

Did not contact me to tell me the item I ordered was out of stock. They charged my credit card anyway. Then they could not credit my account because that card expired in the meantime. Did not send refund check. After 3 months and multiple calls I contacted my credit card company.

They did an excellent of ensuring I had what I ordered in time for the holidays. I ordered two high chairs for christmas and they shipped four because the first order didn't show up in the tracking system. At no charge and without my asking, they shipped out a second set.

I contacted Lori on a Wednesday. I was looking for a Radio Flyer Travler Wagon for a 1st birthday present. The party was 6pm Thursday !!! I didn't wait till the last minute to find the wagon NO ONE had it.
Lori not only had the wagon she went out of her way to get it on the UPS truck. I got the wagon Thursday, with 3 hours to spare AT the STANDARD shipping rate $6.99 or so. If Toys-R-Us had had the wagon they charge $25.00 for regular shipping (10 to 14 days ) double for 3 day !!!!
There is always good and bad about a company. I wanted everyone to know I've only had a good experience with this one. By the way, I didn't even know they were out there till I did a search. Come Christmas if they have the things I need guess where I'm ordering from.......

We are totally pleased with the excellent service we received while ordering our Storcraft Baby-Aspen Stages (crib,day bed,double bed).The entire process was a delightful experience.From the ease of navigating thru the Allkidsstuff.com web site to having the option to communicate with Lori,the customer service representative , who was very knowledgeable about the product and committed to ensuring our satisfaction.
The estimated delivery date was accurate and the service from the FedEx delivery person was very accommodating.He was careful with the placement of the bed;avoiding scuffing the walls and we certainly appreciated that gesture.
The set-up of our crib didn't take a long time.The assembly instructions were very clear.Some minor color defects were noted,but can be easily corrected with touch-up color.
We are very happy with our crib and the service associated with the purchase.

I found this site to be an excellent site to buy our baby's crib from. We originally placed our order with Babies 'R Us in the beginning of April, but were told that the crib was on backorder, and wouldn't be delivered until the end of May. Six weeks after placing the order, we got an email that stated the crib would not be in, and they would not be able to get it to us. Seeing that we already had the matching dresser and changing table, I was frantic. I found the crib on AllKidsStuff.com, and ordered it. The shipping was free, and the estimated shipping date was 3 days from our order date. We then got our delivery of the crib only SIX days later!!! I was thrilled. Excellent delivery speed, accuracy, and easy customer service via email. We couldn't be happier. :)

Prices are great and there was no tax or shipping. The product I ordered was advertised as inscluding 2 free accessories -- only one was included. Had to email about the other one and was told the manufacturer ran out-- company should have been proactive to explain that to me. Also, couldn't choose color on check out so that was an extra step after the fact. Other than that, their prices are great, they respond quickly to email, a very good experience.

Terrible Experience! AVOID!

I would definitely AVOID THIS SELLER!

We ordered a crib from AllKidsStuff.com. One box was lost in shipping and arrived with the contents badly damaged and pieces missing. We notified Lorrie immediately so that she could file a claim with the shipper. We wanted an estimate as to when a replacement crib would be sent from StorkCraft.

After several weeks Lorrie informed us that this crib was now on backorder and that it would take several months for the crib to be delivered. Since we had waited four weeks already and our baby was due any day we cancelled our order.

Lorrie contends that we owe the shipping on this order and is protesting our entire charge card refund.

We believe that she is not acting in good faith and that her dispute is with the shipper. They damaged the crib and rendered it unusable.

We should have read the reviews before dealing with All Kids Stuff. Once again, I would definitely AVOID THIS SELLER!

We should have read the reviews!
We were expecting delivery of a Storkcraft Crib within 10 days. One of two boxes arrived with its contents badly damaged. We requested a replacement. After several weeks we were informed that this item was on backorder and no delivery date could be given. It had been over a month since the Crib was ordered and the baby was due any day. The item was still on backorder. We cancelled our order.

If this were a reputable company that would have been the end of the story. No issue.

All Kids Stuff is trying to collect shipping on an order that was never completed and we are still out the entire price of the Crib.

Our worst internet shopping experience ever!

Customer Service: Zero

Overall Satisfaction: Zero

Recommendation: Avoid All Kids Stuff! I wish we did.

Unreasonable Merchant. The Worst Customer Service Anywhere!

Our baby was due within the month and we ordered a Storkcraft Aspen Crib that was to be shipped within 10 days. Two boxes were shipped to us. One box arrived with the contents badly damaged. Several parts were missing as well. AllKidsStuff.com indicated these cribs were now on backorder. We waited a month and AllKidsStuff.com would not give us an estimated delivery date. We cancelled our order.

AllKidsStuff.com is disputing our cancellation with our credit card company and says that we owe shipping on an order that was never fully delivered.

Two months after the baby was born AllKidstuff.com is trying to ship the order that was cancelled.

Their customer service is the worst that we have ever experienced anywhere.

Overall satisfaction is zero. It's certainly not worth the aggravation of dealing with this organization.

We ordered an Aspen Crib that was to be delivered within 10 days. Half of the shipment arrived badly damaged and Allkidstuff.com could not ship a timely replacement shipment. After 2 weeks we cancelled our order. Allkidstuff.com expects us to pay shipping on a damaged partial order.

I would rate their customer service the absolute lowest possible rating. They are truly a nightmare to deal with.

I would avoid this merchant.

AllKidsStuff did their level best to deal with a very poor manufacturer. Storkcraft ought to be ashamed of the poor quality of thier order tracking, lousy customer service and poor scheduling of production runs. Storkcraft said the crib would arrive April 9th, and it didn't even ship until the last week of April. This added way too much stress to the lives of people already stressed out due to the impending arrival of a baby. I will never knowingly purchase another storkcraft item.

I'm really disappointed of this merchant. I ordered stroller, and I got stroller itself. But, I didn't take storage bag of the stroller yet. They explained because they shipped seperately. I can't understand. Actually, I'm supposed to move out another country next monday. I really hope I can take that before my moving.
