Received wrong vacuum cleaner - Bosch bagless instead of bag cleaner. Called Allergy Be Gone to notify them; with their agreement decided to keep the vacuum cleaner they sent, because returning it would be a hassle, and returned bags instead. They gave me an RMA number and said FedEx would pick them up from my address.
It took three days longer than expected for FedEx to pick up the bags. However, I did eventually receive a full credit on my credit card, so the result was satisfactory.

The initial unit purchased did not operate properyl and had to be returned to Alerg Be Gone. THe client services rep was very responsive, however, mistakes in coordinating the return delayed the return shipment by an add'l 1-2 days. THe wait to ship out the replacement unit was further delayed by Allergy Be Gone waiting until they received the returned unit which delayed the replacement shipment longer than preferred. While their initial response to the order and subsequent shipment was excellent, the return unity and replacement unit I believe were delayed unnecessarily. Overall, my impression of the company remains mostly positive and would consider purchasing from them again.

I just love my items and they were clearly explained and shown. There was a slight delay as the Peak Flow Meter was out of stock. Yes, I would buy there again. I talked to customer service about the delay and they were simply wonderful in explaining why the delay.

They called and wanted me to change my shipping address with my credit card company. The credit card company said that they had never even heard of this, and could not do it. They hounded us with several calls a day and left messages with non-working phone numbers. So I cancelled the order via E-mail since I had no working telephone number for the customer service dept. I even have an e-mail confirmation cancelling the order. Then, miraculously, two months later they ship the entire order! They said that they had just been waiting on a back order, and did not know what I was talking about concerning cancelling the order or the address deal. That thier 'records show no indication' of my cancelling the order.
