I have made several purchases from them without problems
until this time. I ordered a giant two foot long sex toy. Their
FAQ says all items will be shipped discreetly in plain boxes.

Well my latest purchase came wrapped in what I can only
describe as a black garbage bag with a few pieces of clear
packing tape securing it. Seriously, it looked like a giant 
sex toy wrapped in a trash bag. I have a po box I use for all
of my private affairs but what if I had it shipped to my home
address? It would have not been good. I have emailed them
about the matter and have not recieved a response.

No email notification of shipment (even though it's promised via the website). Item was backordered, but again - no notification. Item ordered didn't work properly. Asked for an RMA over 5 days ago. Received automated email response, promising a customer service agent would contact me w/i 24 hours. Still no response. Not acceptable since there are plenty of other sites with the same products that have much better customer service!!

I'm going into the 2nd week without receiving my package, there response is I should call the Post Office it went to. Now how would I know that???? I guess the jigg is up I'm really a psychic. Not funny at all.
