I have been shopping at Amazon for some time - more than seven years - and I have to admit it is my favorite online store at this time. Over the course of the past several years I have purchased everything from computer equipment to DVDs to books and general kitchen supplies - and even groceries!! I believe the selection of items is unmatched by any other online venue and my confidence in the quality of the products is very high.

I have never had a problem returning merchandise that was for whatever reason not as expected, and I have never had a problem with any order that was not immediately addressed or resolved by customer service.

One time I ordered a Belkin Ipod Armband and although it showed as in-stock it shipped two weeks after it was supposed to. Amazon credited me $10 for the shipping I paid, and I was happy with the solution.

Any time I am going to buy something online, I go to Amazon.com first to research costs and options, as the Amazon product search is  outstanding. Even when I do not intend to purchase at Amazon.com, I use the search feature as the first step in my product research. I kind of use the Amazon prices as a base to compare other stores too, and sometimes I will still purchase from Amazon even if it is a little more expensive because I know I am going to have a good shopping experience.

I have nothing negative really to say about amazon.com, I 100% trust this store and would not hesitate to buy anything here in the future.
