Two issues - 1. The package was received a day late inspite of the tracking showing the earlier date. The package was also crushed and ripped. Fortunately, the blanket was undamaged. 2. The color was misrepresented on the blanket color chart. The "ivory" was shown as off-white; the "linen" was shown as a light tan. I selected the "linen" which turned out to be brown.

Ambience should have custom boxes or plain boxes with custom labels. Receiving an order in a box that was once used to ship food is cheesie looking (no pun intended!).

It was a little difficult to find a matching set as I need two extra long twins and one calf. king for my set. I had to hop around to find a full set. The final product is very satisfactory.

Had the items I needed - able to locate them on the website very easily & easy to purchase. The items were sold by the each & not as a set.

Actually, it was one of the few places my daughter could find for quality flannel sheets. I purchased them for her. My shopping experience was acceptable with no problems.

The merchandise I ordered was no longer available. I received a phone call from customer service to inform me of this. Needless to say I was quite disappointed but that is the way it is in retail. I thought when I placed my first order it was for a sheet set as that is the catagory I was shopping in. When I received only a flat fitted bottom sheet I was surprised, but I went back and ordred the matching pieces only to find out they are no longer available.I am keeping the one sheet and hoping to find a solid color to match with it. I would like to reccomend that on your web site that you do not mix sets with single sheets as it is confusing, when you think you have ordered a whole set and find you have only ordered one piece. The quality of your merchandise is very high , which I appreciate.

Was pleased with service and prompt on time shipping. Fitted sheet fit deep mattress fine. I wish there were more variety in pastel sheets: pinks, soft variety of greens, soft blues, though.

The purchase process at Ambience Linens was very easy, shipping was very fast, and included a tracking #. The only draw back was these sheets were made in China, I try not to purchase products made in China because of the unbalanced trade policies,slave labor,etc. I would have paid more if I had known they were produced anywhere else.

They first shipped the wrong sheets. I contact their service departed explaining I had to use the incorrect sheets they sent but that delivery was unacceptable. They sent me the correct order no questions asked. I'm very happy with this company & will order from them again.

I need Twin XL fitted sheets for a 14 inch mattress. I had difficultly finding them other places but when I did an online search I found Ambience Linens and was able to locate them right away. I received the items I ordered within a week. They are great quality for a reasonable price. I will order from them again.

during the first few days of putting the flannel sheets on the bed, they started beading/napping up with little balls. I've bought flannel sheets before and never has this happened. NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AT ALL.
