Purchased two pair of Dr Scolls 7 wide sandals. Received and they did not fit as my other 7 wide Dr Scholl similar sandals. These are too narrow. Could not even get them on all the way...they are more like regular width. I called customer service and spoke to Teri. She said sometimes they use different makers for the product. I tought Dr Scholls were made by one maker., Perhaps these are seconds?? These needed to be returned and as advised by Teri in customer service, I requested return shipping refund and full refund of product also. After quite some time and several phone calls they processed the refund, but minus the shipping. I called again. After being on hold a long time and speaking to several agents, I was told by supervisor, Jennifer, they do not refund shipping when you order something to try it out. I reminded her these shoes are not the same quality and sizing as ones previously ordered a year ago and I should not have to pay shipping to find out their product is inferior. She basically said too bad...that is their policy. I will never shop with this company again. Their rating with BBB is not good in the return exchange department customer service either. I should have checked first. I ended up paying shipping fees that amounted to the same price as the sandals!
