Arcadian Lighting

At Arcadian, I found a lamp I had been searching for, at the lowest price on the Web--and for dramatically less than at my local retailer. Delivery was also exceptionally prompt, with shipment tracking. I was so delighted with the lamp, the price, and the whole experience that I returned to purchase another one! This is now my preferred distributor -- even if I were to spot a product somewhere else for a little less.

One item was received defective. Contacted Arcadian by telephone, and was promised a replacment. No replacement arrived for several weeks. Telephoned Arcadian a second time, and was promised a replacement again, and I'm still waiting for its arrival.

Fixture had broken corner, which I repaired rather than return. This did not relate to Arcadian Lighting, but rather the manufacturer and packing for shipping. Overall, good communication and experience shopping with Arcadian.

We had previously bought a set of lamps from another .com, and ended up with two broken, not matching lamps. So we were hesitant to try again. HOWEVER, Arcadian Lighting was a dream! Everything was perfect, their website is easy to maneuver, their prices are the best (we compared), they respond very quickly to emails, and the lamps arrived in a timely manner and are beautiful. We would buy from this store again, and highly suggest it to anyone.

Do note,the light purchased, has yet to be installed, since it will be placed in a new kitchen restoration, which is in process,however, it arrived, as expected and in good condition,and looked as I had hoped. I did make 2 phone calls prior to my on line order, and both times, my questions were handled most professionally, and pleasantly, and both times my questions were answered. You and your staff are to be commended....I am dealing with many companies at this time, and some with difficulty, or less than ideal service, so, it was a pleasure doing business with Arcadian Lighting!!! My items showed as in stock when ordered but turned out to be backordered. We were going away for 12 days so I was worried they would arrive while we were gone. I called Arcadian and they were very helpful and changed ship to address to a relatives address. When some information I was given regarding backorder date on one of the 3 lamps changed, a representitive called me to give me an update. Even with the minor delay I would shop with Arcadian again because of the exceptional customer service I received.

The people at Arcadian Lighting are the most honorable, pleasant people I have dealt with in an online purchase. There was a problem with one of my orders, and they worked with me to arrive at a solution that was hassle free, and amiable to all parties. It was just a wonderful shopping experience and I have sent other customers to their website. Their prices, products, and website are outstanding, but their customer service is what will bring me back to shop.

I ordered a total of 12 outdoor lights through Arcadian. Unfortunately the finish on 9 of them is different from the other 3 and from the picture on the website. I have been in contact with Arcadian's customer service, and though my problem has not yet been resolved, Arcadian has been very responsive to date. I will update the result.

A very nice store with descriptions that were pretty accurate and the prices were competitive. The sale helped too. When I got the product, it was very well packed (as it should be) and I would not hesitate to order from them again. About the only problem: The order time to ship time was a little longer than I would have expected for an "in stock" item.
