Good products, good prices, good shipping but fraudulent charges appeared on my little used credit card within weeks of ordering from them. May be a coincidence, may not be.

They could not be contacted via email to confirm my order. This was disconcerting, to say the least. Instead, I had to go through a complicated search on their website to find a Contact Form and wait for a reply. But the merchandise arrived as advertised, and in a timely manner. They did not bill my credit card account until delivery was confirmed.

Everything was excellent, but the link for tracking my order did not function! However, the order, promised withing 10-20 weekdays, arrived on the 9th weekday! I'm very pleased and will use this service again.

this shop is good for it's customers. the amount i paid for the medication is cheap compared to other site's that is why i went back to this site, to order more of my medication, and the postal times are fair enough, because there was a bank holiday in the time i submitted my order.

I ordered my generic medicine on 14 Mar 08 with speed post extra charges and am still waiting for my order now on 3 Apr 08. It took days before they responded to my inquiry as to were it was. It was 5 days later after 14 Mar 08 order that they decided to ship and then they gave me wrong tracking number. 31 Mar 08 they contact me and tell me order is finally shipped. I requested credit for speed post shipping on 2 Apr 08 and have still awaiting some type of response from Shopeastwest. I have been a loyal customer since 2006. This is the first time this has happened and I am a little disappointed. Donald Boske

At first I was skeptical of this business, because I actually sell pharmaceutical websites. The medications are from overseas but the quality is what I would expect from a U.S. manufacturer. I will definitely come back for THIS product.
