I love Aubuchon Hardware. I live in Texas and cannot find basic gardening items. Aubuchon carries a full line of Scotts products. The big box stores in my neighborhood cannot make the same claim. The items arrive well packed and in good condition. The sneakies always include a coupon for money off on your next purchase as an incentive to return. As if you need an extra incentive given their superior goods and timely, efficient service.

When placing the order on a Saturday, I received and error on your site. I then started again and the order went through. I received 2 shipments and had to send 1 back. There might be a problem with your site. Thank You

It was difficult waiting for the products as we had a pretty severe sewer gas odor in the house. I could have used them earlier, but since Aubuchon was the only place I could find that stocked them, I'm thankful I got them at all. I can't fault anyone on the shipping because these things aren't all that common to find. Overall I'm very pleased with the service.

I found the product I needed. I do think that shipping cost could have been lower as my purchase was quite small and unbreakable.If I had been able to find this item in a store I would have driven to purchase and avoided the shipping. Although the first experience was good, upon reordering the same item I found it was discontinued and therefore I will go elsewhere.

They were the only place I know of after a lot of research that still sold these rubber toilet seat bumpers (everyone else sells plastic which are no where near as good.) Only comment would be the fact that the tiny contents were packed in a huge box with oodles of air bags. These were not fragile at all and the entire order could be held in one hand. But thanks again for a great service.
