Website is nice. Pricing is good. Coupon deal and free shipping at $100 worked without a hitch. Only complication was that I ordered two items. The email confirmations mentioned that items "may be drop shipped" but it doesn't give you detail as to if this happened or not. The packing list indicated that both items were shipped in the one box which arrived after one week (NY to NJ s/b 1 day point). And after another week, the other item showed up as a separate drop shipment from the manufacturer. After one week's worth of emails and even a voicemail, I did not get a response from sales, orders or customer service. I think if they improved their communication on the packing lists/order confirmations it would have made things much nicer. Everything arrived well pack and in perfect condition. I will probably purchase again from them due to pricing, but I will see if anyone else can beat their deal. If you are not in a rush and like the price, I am sure you will get your stuff, just don't expect them to reply. Hopefully you don't have any real problems, because I bet they'd never respond. I figure if they really hosed me, I can always call the credit card company and hold the payment, but I haven't done that in decades. They claim to ship in 1-2 days, it took them two days to process my order and apparently 1-2 days to ship it. I suppose the drop shipment relay combined with the holiday demand slowed things down. They really did not indicate when I would see the merchandise, so on-time delivery is a little hard to judge. In stock item from NY to NJ I would have expected arrival in 2-3 days, instead it took 6 & 10 working days.
