Great shopping experience. While some e-retailers have thrown me a curve-ball, I threw one at B&H and they came through for me. I initially ordered one item. Later my wife changed her mind, and preferred a different model. I called the next morning hoping to make the switch. Not only did they switch the order for me for no additional charges, but were polite and courteous as well. Shop B&H without fear of problems.

Nice website design, easy to navigate, works with all browsers I use (primarily Opera either Linux or Windows). I check for (and this is the only place I will buy) used products, and I like their evaluations of their condition. Specifications on products are key. Printed catalogs help when starting from square one. Their selection is broad enough to include consumer and pro, and their stock is the best picks within that span. Always packed well and on time. For over 5 years I've used them, this place is the best.

I ordered a spotting scope from this company.  I went to check the status of my order after three weeks and found that my item was on backorder.  They never notified me of this!  When I called they told me the buyer would contact me by the next day.  He never did.  When I called three days later the customer service person put me on hold and talked to the buyer himself.  He came back and said that it should be in within two weeks.  It didn't come and they never contacted me.  When I called a few weeks later they said they were not going to be able to get the scope after all and that they were going to cancel the order.   I would never do business with this company again.

I purchased a Sony DAV FR9 home theater system on January 30, 2005. It was ordered online shipped via UPS and received in Arizona 5 business days later. UPS did a good job of bashing up the box, it was heavy, but the system came through fine as it was "double boxed." I have been enjoying it for over a month now. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the purchase from B&H.

Just as other reviews suggested I got a great price (Sansa Fuze), very prompt free delivery - excellent experience.  Sometimes a low price means poor service but not in this case.  First-rate service and first-rate prices.  I promptly got an email with the tracking number and  customer service information.  I ordered my MP3 on Sunday (1/25/08) and was thrilled to get it on Wednesday (1/28/08) 3 days.  I was especially surprised given that I had chosen the free shipping option.   I would definitely use B&H again and 100% recommend them to anyone wanting a great price and great service.  Thanks B&H!

After having a bad experience with another online retailer a friend reccomended B&H.  They are excellent.  I called and ordered my item at 4:00 PM in the afternoon and I received a UPS tracking number the next morning.  The customer service rep was helpful and had great product knowledge.  The order arrived in 2 days and everything was in order.  Great Service.

After months of research purchased the Samsung PN58A550 from B&H.  Very nervous about purchasing such a large and costly item over the internet.  However, everything came as advertised.  Price: was not the cheapest site, but from my research the cheapest trusted site (use better business bureau website).  Everything came as advertised.  If I had to knock something delivery was 45 minutes late which was no big deal but would have liked a call to inform me.  However, after contacting the company they got back to me with updated time.  Delivery men courteous, pulled it out the box, plugged it up and showed that beautiful picture (all before asking me to sign for it).   Hell they even helped me carry in a table the Mrs had purchased.  Very satisfied and will look again once I get this theatre room together.

I bought a product from them because they had the best price. I bought another one later as a gift. The post office said delivered and it was never received by me. B & H made an exception for the holidays and immediately shipped me a new one in time! Usually you would have to wait 30 days. I will use them often, recommend them highly, and I am soooooo grateful for their customer service.
