They ran an ad with a mistake and instead of dmitting their mistake tried to switch my purchase to a cheaper model (bait and switch). However I don't think that them did it intentionally. They need to check orders and not change Model numbers after the sale!

The B&H Photo website was well organized and had many varieties of binoculars to choose from. You could filter your selections by price, type, and brand which made it easy to find just what you were looking for. In addition there were photos of the items as well as features and specifications. You could calculate the shipping costs easily before making your selection. The prices were excellent and shipping was very fast. I would rate my shopping experience as excellent.

I knew that this dealer was chosen by CU several months ago as one of the top internet dealers. When I decided to purchase my television, their name came up with one of the best prices. This was my first internet order with them. The unit arrived promptly within the timeframe. The outside of the container was slightly damaged upon delivery however upon further inspection the contents did not appear to be harmed. I waited several days after installing before I completed this survey to make sure the unit operated properly. All parts & manuals were included. Although I have not had to contact the vendor, I would recommend and use this dealer again.

I have been buying from B&H photo since the mid 1990's, it is always the first place I start when looking for audio/video equipment and supplies in order to get a good price comparison or to purchase directly from B&H. A great first time ordering experience. When spending $1,400 on a Canon L series lens, I was a little apprehensive, but read many very good reviews (only a few negative ones) and talked with a pro friend who uses them regularly. The website was easy to use for both research and for purchasing, the price was at least $300 less than I would have had to pay locally, and the shipping was free. I did spend $33 on Next Day Air, knowing that I would not get it on Saturday, but I didn't want this lens bouncing around in a UPS truck for a few days.  I ordered late on Thursday evening, received a confirmation call on Friday morning, and Monday morning UPS was ringing my doorbell. What more could I ask for? Some have complained in reviews about the order confirmation process, but I appreciated the follow through. Just good business!
Would I recommend B & H to a friend? Yes. Will I order again? Yes.

Ordered on Memorial Day and upgraded to 3 day shipping. Products didn't ship until Wednesday evening. Maybe just busy but believed it could of went out Tuesday evening so I would have received the order on Friday instead of Monday. I still rate BH excellent on all my dealings with them.
