Five weeks, and still no stroller!

On June 4, 2007, I ordered a Baby Planet Unity Sport Stroller from Baby Universe. I was informed that the stroller was out of stock, but that Baby Universe had ordered the stroller from the manufacturer. However, it is now July 10th and I still do not have my stroller. I have contacted Baby Universe 6 times, as I need the stroller for an upcoming trip to Disney World. I have been given the run around from more than one customer service rep. Each one told me that they would investigate as to where my stroller was and get back to me. I have never received an email or phone call from anyone at Baby Universe in response to my calls. I was told by one rep that the stroller would be in stock on June 27th and mine would be shipped immediately. Every rep I have spoken with since that date tells me, "It should have been in stock on June 27th." I called yesterday to cancel my order (I found the stroller cheaper elsewhere, and IN STOCK), and was told I would be credited within 24 hours. Well, here it is 24 hours later and no credit, and my order is not showing that it is cancelled on their website. I've ordered items from Baby Universe before with mixed results. My son's crib arrived quickly without any problem. My daughter's bedding had been discontinued, but was not updated on the website, so I had to cancel that order as well. After this experience, I will not be shopping at Baby Universe again.
