I will never order anything from Baby Universe again. I ordered online the AFG Grace changing table in a natural wood color. My credit card was charged within one day. Then I received an email explaining this product was discontinued, so I requested a credit back to my credit card. Meanwhile I checked with the manufacturer to see who could provide for me this changing table as it would match the crib I already purchased. To my surprise, I discovered that this product was never made in the natural wood color, it doesn't exist and the manufacturer had repeatedly told Baby Universe to remove it from their site. Can you believe that Baby Universe continues to offer a product on their site that doesn't exist? Plus, they encouraged me to purchase this item as it would match my existing crib purchase. Still after a week of not seeing the credit, I requested it again, then again a week later and then again a week later. Its now been over 4 weeks and I still haven't received the credit to my card. Not knowing what to do, I contacted my credit card company and have requested a charge back. But again, I spoke to Baby Universe customer service and they told me my card will be credited. In summary, they offered a product on their site that doesn't exist, they lied to me repeatedly, and they charged my credit card fraudulently.
