I highly recommend this online company to anyone, especially for those ordering from Canada!

I had been trying to get a Britax Regent (Cougar) for the past 2 months from a different online company and it was such a nightmare! They told me it was in stock before ordering and then found out 2 weeks later it wasn't and was told 2 times after that when they were suppose to have more in that they were still on back order.

I had all but given up when I came across Baby Catalog on Ebay. They were auctioning off a Britax Regent in the Blue Bouquet and even though it wasn't the seat cover style I wanted, they had a good price ($10 less then the other online retailers) and their shipping to Canada was VERY resonable for such a large item. On chance, I emailed them to see if they might have the Britax Regent in Cougar in stock and got an email back in less then 24 hours letting me know they had one left and for me to call them right away if I wanted it.

I called and found that the lady (Liza) there had personally called the warehouse and put her name on the last Cougar seat to hold it for me. I immediately ordered it over the phone with her and received the seat 9 days after it shipped...which is awesome shipping time from the US to Canada!

I personally dealt with Liza at Baby Catalog and she was super friendly. She responded to all my emails in a very timely fashion! I will definitely look to Baby Catalog for future online ordering!
