I ordered a Recaro Signo car seat in Cobalt from BabyCatalog.com in January 2008. Of course, like everyone else, I'm always skeptical about ordering online from a store I've never heard of before, especially one that had significantly lower prices.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at BabyCatalog.com. Before placing my order online I called a customer service representative to make sure that the car seat was in stock (it had been back-ordered at the local store I had planned to purchase it at for several months because the seat is relatively new). The customer service representative was friendly and was able to tell me roughly when it would be delivered if I ordered it, and also informed me that I would be able to call back the day after to receive a tracking number for my order if I so wished.

My order came within the time frame stated, 3-5 days, in perfect condition. They sent out an email confirming my order and I was able to call back the day after I placed my order to get a tracking number. Overall I was impressed with my experience at BabyCatalog.com and I would definitely shop at this store again.
