My son has been begging to ride on a motorcycle for ages. When I saw the Peg Perego Vespa Scooter on BabyRide I was thrilled!!Their price was great compared to the other sites I checked and I knew that my son would love it. Needless to say the look on his face Christmas Morning was priceless!! BabyRide's delivery was quick and the product was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely shop here again :)

I ordered something on Nov 26, waited a week, then called, said it would ship on Monday and that I woudl get confirmation via email.... nothing, nothing, then again was told it would ship Tuesday, nothing... then called Thursday and was told they were printing labels and it would ship Thursday for sure, nothing, then called Friday morning and was told it was ready to ship and to check my email, nothing... this was 2 weeks from when I ordered... I called Friday afternoon and was told that my item wasn't even in stock... Thanks Babyride... now I can't even order it from another website and get it here on time. Horribly rude customer service as well... oh, and most of the time no one even answers the phone, and don't even bother trying to email them. I finally cancelled the order.

I ordered the Kid Kraft Dollhouse from Baby Ride and my daughter absolutely loved the product as her birthday gift! Their delivery speed was very slow and they did not notify me when the items were shipped out. There was a problem with our delivery and we never received the items that had been shipped. I don't believe that Baby Ride was at fault with this non-delivery, but they were completely unavailable to me when I first realized the packages had gone missing. I called and emailed their customer service several times and never received any reply.

We ordered a stroller from there for the great price, and we can't get this brand where we live. We had it delivered to friends in the US for a trip we're leaving on, and it was simple to do this, rather then shipping to Canada and dragging it down with us! We would definetly order from here again.

Everything turned out okay but the customer service wait time was consistently 16 min. or more. There is a timer on my phone. Once in touch with them I was helped. There was a shipment charge that I was not supposed to be charged due to a promo code. On the web site it showed I was not being charged shipping but when PAYMENT was confirmed on the website there was a shipping charged added. Customer service chalked it up to a GLITCH.

I purchased two stepping stools and after not receiving them for a while, I called in and found out they did not have them in stock and would get them 2 months ahead.
However they charged my credit card right away without even having the items in stock! Even after canceling the order and calling in many times I still was not able to get the credit back. Customer service kept telling me the credit had been issued but it never showed in my statement. Don't be fooled! Don't shop this store. |

Called customer service, they said the item was special order and may take another month! Emailed later for an update - no reply. Left a voicemail for an update - no reply. Called again - got another rep who finally made sure the item shipped. Will NEVER mess with this outfit again.

The customer service is awful and staff are extremely rude. I ordered a stroller and it took so long, so long, that I had to change my address (I moved to another address while waiting for the package). I called them and changed the address. My cell phone record shows that I called them several times to change the address, but the package was returned to the shipper. I call them and what I heard was: "We do not have any record of your address change. You should take full responsibility.... It is you to be blamed on.... Either take the package by paying the shipping fee, or pay $46 for restocking fee and the (wrong) delivery charge."
The lady that I talked to was unbelievably rude and even threatening. I will never shop at "babyride.com" again, and will not recommend anyone. |

There was no tracking this item. It took a week to send out, and I had to call them. They said and email was supposed to be sent to me when it was shipped and I never recieved it. After I found out it had been shipped, I had no way of tracking the package to see when I could expect it.

The item appeared to be larger in the picture from which we made our decision to purchase. There were no other objects in the picture and the picture misled us into thinking the trailer was large enough to pull behind a 5 year old childs bike (like we'd asked prior to ordering). The trailer is quite small and the seller refused to issue a Return Authorization "because the box has been opened. We can't sell boxes that have been opened." The box is open at the end with no damage to the box or trailer. "Customer Service" is a foreign concept to Babyride. Totally Unacceptable encounter!!!!! Roger D. James

I would like to advise any potential customer not to waste their time and hard earned money on making a purchase from Baby Ride. First of all, their customer service is horrible. They do not listen or care about any complaint or dispute that you may have. Secondly, if you receive an item and want to return it, lots of luck!! I ordered a KidCo double stroller. I opened the box to see what the stroller looked like and realized my children, although they are under the weight limit, would not fit. The stroller is in the original packaging and has never been used. Now I am out $218 because they will not accept the return.
