I read the reviews of this store AFTER purchasing my Maclarens Triumph stroller and to be honest with you I was worried. I live in Canada and received my stroller exactly 2 weeks after ordering.

My stroller came in perfect, brand new condition. Also came with a manual and all the pieces. There was nothing fishy about the stroller I bought. I noticed most of the reviews are from a couple years ago so maybe things have changed there since then.

The site boasts free shipping so when i checked out and saw that I was charged shipping I was confused. Luckily on the site there is customer support "live chat" I asked the customer service rep. and was told that free shipping was only to the USA. I only paid 24$ shipping, I thought that was pretty reasonable. I was happy with the quick response to my question and know that if I have questions in the future i can just ask on the feature.

I was so pleased with my purchase that I am already looking to buy my next stroller on that site. The prices are very reasonable. Living in Canada most of the strollers shown on the site are at least 100$ more in Canadian stores.
