Excellent service. Prompt notification of shipping. I had ordered the same item from Altrec and after 5 business days it had not shipped, so I cancelled the order. I ordered from Backcountry Edge and the item shipped the same day. I placed an order last week for another item and had the same experience. They had the right product in stock, with an easy-to-use website, then shipped the order in 2 days with a 60-day trial period and prepaid return shipping document in case we didn't like it. Although Kelty is one of the best known manufacturers, finding this model and up-to-date model year proved difficult on line. Backcountry Edge had it with a discount.
