Everything went very easy and this was the best price. The only concern I have is the condition of the box that the suitcase was in when it arrived. I assume some of the carton damage was in the shipper's handling. However the box was not very well taped together. The suitcase was covered in plastic and it is a suitcase and I'm sure it will see much worse handling at the airports so no damage to the product.

I was a first time Lap top owner and trying to locate a case for a reasonble price. I live in a rural area shopping online is how I purchased most of time now.There are many shopping sites I could have purchased from so the key reason I purchased from your location. I was able find you on Google search engine by entering the size of case I was looking for and the price was very reasonable and easy to locate what I was looking for. I had to return the cases because they were too large. I had planned on ordering 2 more smaller ones but they would not help me with the return process and when I had to arrange the shipping on my own it cost me $40.00 to return them!!!!! I received my case within a few days (faster than I expected), but the zipper did not work properly. A quick call to the company resulted in their calling the manufacturer to report the problem. The company then sent out a replacement bag (which I haven't yet received) and told me how to return the defective bag to them. Lovely service and they werre very apologetic over the issue.

The same garment that I was looking to buy was $400 at Macy's, and $129 at Baggage for less. The tote was $200 at Macy's, and $99 at Baggage for Less. These were the only merchant that carried the products I was looking for, and as you can see there was a substantial savings for me. Yes, I will use Baggage for Less in the future.

In order to replace the microfiber Baggallini purse I had loved until it wore out, I searched the internet for the best price. Baggallini also makes the same bag in other, cheaper, uglier materials, such as smooth nylon and (the ugliest, to my eye) ripstop nylon. BaggageForLESS advertised their Baggallini bag as made from "durable, water-resistant microfiber," and they had the best price for the microfiber version (other sites had better prices for cheaper materials), so I ordered from them.

The bag that arrived today was made of ripstop nylon, and according to the enclosed packing slip from the drop shipper, that's what BaggageForLESS asked them to send. According to BaggageForLESS's return policy, I now have to pay them $9.99 for shipping, and pay on my own for shipping to return the ripstop bag, in order to get any refund. I am now searching the internet for information on how to report them to the FTC and sue them for false advertising.

In short, do not shop on this site. The descriptions there have very little to do with the products they actually send out.

My first order from BaggageForLESS.com (Galleria Luggage), which was shipped to a hotel in Portland, Oregon, where I would be staying two nights, arrived on schedule and labelled as requested. I have now placed a second order, for a second piece of the same High-Sierra duffel, again to be shipped to where I will be staying while I am in the US.

Was surfing for a quality attache case and found Baggage for Less. Was reluctant at first purchasing a product sight unseen. Description was accurate. They had the best prices by far on a variety of brands and models which included free postage and a first time discount. Ordering went smoothly, delivery was quicker than indicated. I just ordered from Baggage for Less. The price was good compared to other retailers listed by Delsey. I have purchased a bag from the Luggage Factory in person and paid a premium compared to Baggage for Less. I guess I should checked the net first. Now I am waiting for shipment and will let you know how fast and if on time for my trip.

Update as promised - Luggage received in 3 days. Bags were nested and baggage and packaging were intact. I am extremely happy with Product, Service, and the best Price.

Fantastic experience. These people understand customer service. I had found a lower price on the luggage set I wanted and they not only beat the price, but threw in free shipping! More importantly, they worked with me to make sure the luggage arrived in time to use on my honeymoon, again no charge.
