In my 30 years of business I have never had such a bad experience trying to order a product. I usually order from larger distributors but I didn't find the product I needed so I tried this smaller company. What a nightmare! Kept getting calls from different people trying to find out why I wanted to ship to a different address than my billing address. I have never had a problem with this before but can understand why some would be careful. But to keep having people call with the same questions is a real pain? I will stick with the larger distributors who are not so paranoid! In all of my past experience the distributors verified by phone and then shipped with no problems. With these guys they called many times and still had not verified or shipped my order. What a waste of time. What was the purpose of all those calls??? It does not take much effort to find out if someone is a legit business and/or if the payment options being used are accurate but it seems some companies are not able to put a small amount of effort into this and instead try to second guess. Bad business practice. I hope if you try this company you have better luck than I did.
