As I checked out, I noticed that the billing address was different from the ship to address, but there was no way to change it at that point. This is the second time I have used Battery Engine; once for business and once for a personal purchase. Please take some time and see if one additional question to be sure the bill to address is where you want it prior to submitting the order would be appropriate. It would have been in my case.

I had ordered cordless phone batteries from them with their "super saver" shipping price of $2. The estimated shipping date was almost 3 weeks out, so i was a little disappointed. 2 days later, i was shocked to find that my purchase was already in my mail box. WOW!! The ordering process was very simple. A couple of days later I found that my order was changed from shipping method of USPS to FedEx. I was concerned because I had a PO Box as my shipping address. I called up BatteryEngine and they explained to me that I would still get it. A week later I called up again to question the shipping method and they actually took the time to call the USPS and find out that the package had arrived that day and was now waiting to be picked up. They took the time to help me and I really did appreciate it. My experience with the customer server was fantastic!

Product was not in the inventory as stated on the website. Shipment was delayed for 7 days due to back order. It was supposed to be shipped now on the 10/20. Have not been notified if it was shipped or given a tracking number. Currently I am not particular unhappy or unsatified if the product arrives in the next few days. Therefore most of the questions are not checked.
