While checking out, I wanted to add an item but was unable to return to the previous screen. At that point of time, I have not entered my credit card information yet. I had to load a new screen to add in the item. Though it is not difficult but it is surely troublesome.

I love Benefit Cosmetics. First of all, they give you an option for USPS which is my mail carrier of choice. I've never been dissatisfied with shipping, my orders always arrive on time and in perfect condition. Also, they include a free catalogue and two free samples.

The products are good quality and the internet shopping experience was fine. I would probably never have tried Benefit Cosmetics if they were not available online. I do not live close to a major city that might offer the products in a large department store or a specialty store. The cutesy names of the products tend to make it more difficult to find what I'm looking for, but,I do realize this marketing strategy probably appeals more to shoppers under the age of 25.

Benefit's description of their products are always 100% true. I can totally rely on what they say. Their's is the only skin and beauty company that does not "play" with words. What you read is what you get. One of their new products, Firmology, is a must for anyone over 35. It is better than any injectable muscle inhibitors I have used. Thank you Benefit! Marilyn Sheller

It's hassle-free and products are easy to find. The description of products are very informative and assisted a lot in the decision-making of purchase. Plus, they ship internationally too with offerings of free international shipping with a minimum purchase of US$100! I've patronised the website 3 times so far and definitely will not stop buying their products. Benefit Rocks!

The quality of order tracking was not the merchant, was UPS not updating their information. My only issue was that charges on my credit card appeared as Amazon.com, not Benefit, which caused some confusion.

I know I'm over the other side of the pond but I really didn't expect to have to wait until September for delivery when placing an order for over $100 in June. I'm quite disappointed with the expected delivery timescale as this wasn't made clear when I ordered. I'm really hoping it arrives before I go on holiday otherwise, I may have been better off purchasing the products I wanted on the plane (which is how I found out about Benefit Cosmetics initially). This could deter me from reordering.
