I would not recommend shopping at BestNest.com. I purchased a Bird Bath and after only 4 days of owning it, the bottom of the bath started discoloring. I notified them immediately of the issue and they said they only accepted returns of unused, unopened merchandise. I was told to send them pictures of the discoloration - which I did and to make a very long story short in summary they said it must of been the minerals in the water I used since they never experienced this with other customers. I used distilled water to fill it initially but I have no control over rain water. I guess the overall water in my State is different than the water in the remaining US States. If that is the case then they should warn people who live in my State to NOT order the bird bath since it's not "water compatible" for us or they should sell us the "right" water to use. I have been unable to have this item replaced and/or refunded by BestNest so I complained to the BBB and BestNest still had the audacity to blame the paying customer. I have never dealt with a company who DOES NOT put the customer first therefore I will NEVER buy anything from BestNest ever again.
