These people may be a large on-line retailer, but they service you like a small, personal local store. I was able to get through to a live person without difficulty for the ordering and it was shipped out the following day. I ordered 2 speakers and one was damaged by UPS even though Best had put extra cushioning material. They took care of everything and had a new speaker out the door to me as mine was being shipped back. Many/most places will make you wait until they receive the speaker back, etc. I was so happy with their service I just placed an order for a new Harman Kardon receiver. Great store, excellent mid-west values system appears to drive their actions! I think, in this day and age of on-line super-stores it is delightful to find someone who takes a personal interest in doing their job correctly. Try to get through to a live person, at the actual store, on the phone and see how easy it is. Of my last 4 orders with Amazon, 3 of them had problems. The one with a "featured merchant" took a hug amount of my time to resolve. OTOH, Best Price was happy to speak with me directly and actually sounded as disappointed as I was that UPS had mangles my speaker. From now on, if Best Price has the item, and even if it is more, I'll probably pay the difference and order from them. They're that good.
