Best Wishes of Boca

This morning I placed an order over the phone with Katherine. She was friendly and very helpful, and took the time to look for some specific ornaments that I was having trouble finding online.

They applied the online discounts ($10 off, and Free Shipping) to my phone order withut hesitation, and even asked me if I would like complimentary gift wrap for any of the items.

The items have not arrived yet, but based on my expereince this morning, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was not very pleased by the fact that an advertised item was not available. Web site should be kept up to date and accurate. Merchant's employee called me about order due to product being unavailable. She was not familiar with the other products I was interested in purchasing. It was very frustrating to not have my questions answered and not have a photo on the web page to reference. If no photo provided, then customer service staff should be able to assist customers with that item(s).

It took longer than I expected to receive my order, but it didn't matter since I was not in a hurry. I thought the order didn't close since I didn't remember receiving an e-mail confirmation, so I duplicated the order and a day later the dishes arrived. The merchant cancelled the second order which I greatly appreciated and I am waiting to confirm that the credit card has been issued a credit.

I could not believe that Best Wishes sold a place setting of the Vera Wang China for $27.00 less than anyone else. Plus they offered Free Shipping. It was to be shipped directly from the Wedgwood factory. The only problem was when I would check on line, I could not track the order because there wasn't a tracking #. I called & spoke to a wonderful woman who said she would call the factory & get right back to me. She called back & said it had been shipped out 3 days prior. That very night I received the order. This was a gift for a bridal shower & I will be sure to let the bride know where to purchase additional sets. In the future, I would definetly order from Best Wishes again.

Had never ordered from Best Wishes of Boca before. I'm always a little nervous ordering online from a vendor I'm not familiar with. Ornament was just as described on their website and arrived quickly and very well packaged. Will order from them again.

the web site said that the item was in stock. Since I was ordering the bell (which was out of stock at other merchants I had checked), I also ordered a couple of other items. (Would have just picked them up locally if I were not already placing the order with this company) I received an email saying that the other two items were being shipped, but the bell (the item i really wanted) was back-ordered. I immediately emailed them back and asked if I would eventually be getting the item or if it was permanently out of stock. I was assured that it would come eventually. It did not. I know the company can't control if an item goes out of stock, but they should never have assured me that I would eventually get the item. I will never EVER do business with them again, and will discourage anyone else from ordering from them as well.
