Bikebandit.com -- No Customer Service

I recently ordered some replacement parts from Bikebandit.com.The prices were reasonable and the site was easy to navigate. However upon receiving my parts I found that they had sent me two sets of brake pads and one of which superseded the other. I called the brake manufacturer's tech line and inquired as to whether or not these two sets of pads could be run on the front of the same motorcycle (two calipers on the front of the bike) The brake manufacture explicitly told me not to run these pads together as they were two different friction types. I attempted to contact Bikebandit.com to resolve the issue, but could not actually get any customer service. They have a Live Chat function on their website that I have tried a minimum of 15 times and have never been able to connect with a representative. They have email which I promptly sent a message to and only received a standardized reply and a phone number, but nothing regarding the issue I explained. I have tried 5 times now to contact them by phone and either have been put on hold (up to 40 minutes) or been kicked out to a voice mail, but have never been able to connect with a representative. I have even left messages on the voice mail clearly stating my phone number, but have never received a call. Nearly a month has passed and I've been forced to order the pads from another source. It would appear that Bikebandit.com has no available customer service and is not concerned with the customer once they have taken their money. Having been in the parts business myself for 7 years I find this behavior completely unacceptable to the point of being deceitful and insulting. I am extremely disappointed and will never use Bikebandit.com in the future.
